Firstly,

I had booked a Deluxe room and was checked-in to a standard room, which was on the 5th floor, without a lift. The room felt more like an attic.....converted into a room. The floor was dirty with marks and there were cigarette butts lying near the window. When questioned, the staff said that was a deluxe room even after i pointed out the difference in images of what was shown vs what i was given.

They said other rooms are under maintenance and the ceiling might fall off. If i want i could take those.

In the afternoon, after some shouting/scolding, they checked me into a deluxe room on the ground floor. I have no clue why didn't they do that on the first instance. Though the room was decent room, I saw some cockroaches crawling around and the washroom exhaust was way too loud

Next, food: Overpriced, not very tasty and they also charge per order if you order from outside.

Good rooms, poor behaviour

The staff behaviour was pathetic. They treat guests as some sort of animals. Must be avoided at all costs. It should be removed from the list of all service providers such as Oyo, Ibibo etc. Pathetic.

Worst Behavior.

Since the hotel I had chosen turned out be way below my expectation, I had to chose a nearby hotel. That's how I landed here. This property has rooms with adequate space and layout.However, being an old construction this could be better maintained. Catering is very basic, and the complementary breakfast pathetic ; idly with no chutney and a watery broth for sambar would not go well those who know this basic and inexpensive stuff. However, what hurt me most is poor food and kitchen hygeine; we saw the housekeeping staff rinsing with plain water the used glasses in full public view. When I pointed this out, someone from patrons remarked, 'buy bottled drinking water!'
I shall not chose this place again if I have a choice.

Adequate in space, low on hygiene

Too costly for the kind of service it provides, they gave dirty room which was not cleaned after check out of previous guest, when complained they took half n hour to clean the room. Cleaing was not upto the mark, there were mosquitoes in the room. Worst part was bathroom, wash basin was broken, tap was not in good condition, shower was leaking,flush was broken. Breakfast was average. I booked the room through Oyo app, the receptionist said they haven't received the payment and wanted to check the bill. I showed him on the email but he quickly opened the app and gave 5 star to himself, That's why their rating is high on Oyo. You should totally avoid this hotel.

Poor service

The hotel is near to railway station. The rooms are spacious and well managed. The service provided was good enough. The AC is centralized so a bit problem in managing the temp of the room. The stay was good. Complimentary breakfast was provided. Location was good, nearby MP Nagar. Food is overpriced.

Nice Hotel

Visited Bhopal for my official trip and stayed in this hotel which was later found that it in actual very near to habibganj station.
Room, food, linens, and hospitality all are found good in this hotel.
So recommended for everyone.

Very nice hotel

the hotel is the worst hotel with special mention of the staff named Surabhi and Rahul . 

I had booked the hotel for 1 days stay and the ordeal started the moment i got into the hotel . 
first there was no hot water in the room , when i called up the reception in a rude manner i was told if i want hot water call a particular number and a bukcet of hot water will be provided . 

Then i was supposed to to early check in at 6:00 am as i wanted to check out early as well . I called the hotel 1 day before and initially confirmed the same with Rahul . just to reconfirm i called again at 9:00pm a day early Surabhi from the staff picked and said there was no one else apart from here whom i could have talked to hence i had to explian the whole thing again . 

when i checked in i was told teh dates were incorrect in teh booking further the hotel claimed that oyo rooms has specially asked to collect early checkin charges from me . 

with this horrible experience i chcecked out of the hotel right at 2:00 pm even when i went in at 6:00 am .

all this non sense and i paid 900 to 1100 to OYO and 350 extra to the hotel Guys for overstaying in the hotel . 

Surabhi from teh reception is the worst possible person you will meeting in the hotel industry as when i demanded to meet the hotel manager she claimed that she herself was teh manager  (  i am pretty sure from her way of speaking she was not even the primary staff of that hotel ) 

Overall verdict : NEVER EVER visit this hotel again
