Best part of this property is its locational advantage, close to two major rail stations, not far from the airport. Some of the rooms are too good, and some are not good at all. Food is okay but service sucks big time, especially room service. At times they even take nearly an hour for a cup of tea served in your room.

Great location

Infra infrastructure wise room is very good and we should give it five rating, rooms are clean and having latest furniture..
But oyo again disappointed me with poor service..
They have fridge in Room, as a show Case not for use, they denied to arrange ice cube,
I ask for water bottle once then I asked for tobel  then I asked for TV remote.

I ordered dinner and I have to cancel it after 30 minute then I ordered from outside.
this is oyo's own property previously I stay here and I have a good experience when this was not part of oyo service

Atrective room but poor service

I had visited here with my wife for sn official visit. The rooms are very small and not well maintained bathrooms are not soo clean and breakfast is average the only best thing is its location DB city mall is 5 min walk. Location is good and good for single person or business trips.

Not good for family

The hotel is a very conveniently located place oppsite the DB Mall and max 1 km from Habibganj Station. The rooms are nocely maintained. Even ghe food served in the room was good. The pricing is very suitable for a short stay and the hotel is definitely advised for people travelling for business work.

Decent Hotel

We stayed here since we were on a low budget and wanted a place to simply crash. The hotel is a small property with all the basic facilities in place. The reception is a small area but the manager was really helpful. The breakfast had very limited options but whatever we tried turned out to be decent.

Budget hotel in Bhopal

Our initial experience was pretty good. A fast check in. The family members were taken to the room while the check in process was still on. This did help us after a horrid train journey we had to undertake to reach Bhopal

While the price was budgeted so was the service available. Hot water comes only in the morning. However we reached in the evening and it was not available. When he called the hotel staff they mentioned that they put the boilers on in the morning. However they will provide us one bucket hot water per person. We accepted that alternative but was delighted when they actually turned the boiler and the hot water started flowing in. I have rated the hotel one star extra because of this out of way service. 

The room did not have any tea/coffee making option which is definitely an inconvenience. The TV just runs 1 channel and I was seriously thinking why will a hotel spend money on a TV if it doesn’t want the guests to watch it. 

We stayed for 2 days and on both occasions we realised house keeping goofed up. On first day there was just 1 towel in the room. On the second there were no soaps. Even the ones which was there in the morning vanished. Last night they couldn’t find our room key! They opened the room through a master and promised to come back with the key soon. When it did not I plucked my credit card in the card slot and got the lights back. There was no key delivered till we call again next morning. 

The worst part is the breakfast especially on the first day. I just had bread butter and a bit of cornflakes. The spread had fruits ( papaya & banana), poha, idli, poori sabji. None was tasty, I mean the fruits as well. My family optimistically tried a bit of each assuming that at least something would be good but they were thoroughly disappointed. The second day alu paratha replaced poori while everything else was same. The alu paratha was far better than the poori sabji 

I think it’s a new hotel without much professional expertise however the staff is sincere and trying their best. I just hope that they learn on the job fast and make it better than what it’s today
