Good service & hospitality

A very nice clean hotel. Convenient, near to railway station. Located in a busy area. Easy access to rickshaws. Staff friendly. 

Downfall, breakfast, not any variety of foods. Just bread, one dish and puris. Restaurant not very well organised. It maybe due to lack of staff. The restaurant staff are not well trained. Not attentive. Bring one food item at a time, for eg if you get your omelette, you are kept waiting for your puris or toast. Tea either cones well in advance or later. Breakfast should be served altogether and I think staff need to be trained in hospitality.
The staff are polite but need training.
Rooms again are cleaned but not daily. 
WiFi is rubbish. You need a new code every 24 hrs and it loses connection sometimes which can be annoying.
Overall the hotel is clean and decent. Fulfils you’re needs.


Convenient location

The hotel is a decent place to stay for a night if you are not looking at something fancy.
However you will not find anything fancy around here.
We stayed there as part of our visit to the statue of unity.
The hotel needs to work on the cleanliness.
Since the hotel is new, it is manageable as of now.
The hotel staff is the excellent part. But the cleaning staff needs to be trained for cleaning. 
We asked for change of blankets,foot-mats and floor cleaning as we entered our room which they obliged .
Railway station is very close.
Breakfast service is slow and they cannot cater to large(10-15) people.



Decent hotel

For my business tour and marketing purpose visited bharuch and stayed here. Hotel was very nice and clean. Front desk was very attractive. Hotel staff was nice and manager was so kind. Room size was medium with soft bad. Night sleep was comfortable.

Nice and comfort stay

This is the best hotel i have ever seen, interior is fabulous, and the staff was amazing, the food is very much delicious, and the rooms was very much neat and clean, the service and security is really good.

Hotel Kohinoor is good for stay. Cheap hotel and good. Staff are working helpful and friendly too. Services are good and fast. Room is good and clean. Room services also very good. Overall good experiences here. 

Good experience 

This hotel is situated opposite bharuch station. Very convenient! 
It is very clean and staff are really friendly! They also offer breakfast and have excellent wifi! No mosquitoes or ants very clean! Also very safe at night!

Very cheap but very nice

Such great hotel. Must stay here while you are in bharuch.The hotel has nice and easily location so it becomes easy to reach this hotel.
 Clean and large rooms.
The staff was nice to us and behaved really well.
The stay was overall good.
