Nice location with good facilities.
Food was awesome and service was great.
overall a nice place to stay.
The area where the hotel is located is lovely having U.B city within 500 mts.

Nice clean rooms with AC and TV. Complimentary breakfast and helping stay... For Ola rides or Uber rides mention dental Lavelle... overall good place to stay at prices offered and it is 24 HR checkin check out

This hotel deserves 4 stars only because of its supreme location. It's on Lavelle Road, one of the elitist areas in Bangalore and it's accessible by all business centres in this area. UB city is walkable from here, and so are some very good restaurants. 

The facilities are average. This have very little staff and they don't have dining facilities here. All in all, good for a business trip but not for a family stay, as this area is very commercial.

This place is the best to stay in the heart of Bangalore. Value for money and the rooms are more like Studio Apartment with hot water maker and fridge.

The rooms with a microwave and kitchen utensils come at a higher cost.

The first room I was offered was with faulty AC but the hotel staff changed the room when I complained about it.

The breakfast is only for the namesake with either Idli or Dosa or Paratha served each day and even tea is not included unless asked for.

Location of this property is good which gives access to the central commercial place of Bangalore and a parking space.

Excellent Location, more like a Studio apartment

Good place to spend couple of nights at good value

NIce Location

Lavelle Road is a great location in Bangalore, although there isn't much to do in the immediate area around the hotel.  UB City, plus a micro-brewery pub (Biere Club) and some other very good eateries are within a 10 - 15 minutes walk.
Accommodation is basic.  My room did have a kitchen, but no cutlery, and the fridge wasn't clean and smelled nasty.  Overall cleanliness of the room/bathroom was ok.  Toilet paper was provided!  
I wasn't able to pay on arrival as they don't accept non-Indian cards, but I eventually found an web link where I could use a foreign card online.  
Staff were pleasant, but speak minimal English.  Wifi was iffy, but I tended to use phone data.
Exceptional value for the couple of nights I stayed (£15 then £12 per night) but the weekend price quadrupled, and was very poor compared to better hotels around Residency Road, so I moved out.  I wouldn't have wanted to stay longer though.
