Mannerless staff.  Extremely Rude behaviour. 

Perhaps Lower category room allotted and that too at mid night (even if advance booking was done 5 days back.)
On asking for complaint register, reception person replied in a rude manner that they don't keep any such register.
Breakfast was below average.

Most bogus and worst hotel of the world.
Never go to this hotel...


Worst hotel. Rude staff. No hospitality.

The room overlooked another room and drain pipes. We had to keep the blinds closed throughout the day. Our luggage was not delivered to our room despite of several reminders. We had to finally go to the reception and carry our luggage to the room. Housekeeping was poor. Bodywash and shampoo were not replenished. There was no hot water in the bathroom sink. The supposed to be rain shower was a joke as the flow of water was barely a trickle.

Pros:
1. The only positive aspect of this property is Location, near to Racecourse and easy transport availability to the city center. 
2. Food is passable, nothing to drool about
3. Service - Again nothing extraordinary

Cons:
Rooms - The biggest drawback, at least the one allotted to us. We booked Superior Double Room (doubt what was anything Superior about except the size). There were no windows and no option to get day light (as there is a building next to the "window".)
Felt claustrophobic from the time of check-in. 

Lot of better alternatives available nearby but since we booked online did not get to understand what it is really like.

Please Avoid Unless It Is the Last Option

Centrally located.Good hotel with good price .Room size not comfortable.Having own restaurant and no swimming pool facility.The main problem is perking for this hotel.Over all a good property as per price .A five floor hotel but a little conjugated.

Great Hospitality 

This is my first ever negative review of a hotel for its poor Laundry service. They made holes through affixing tags in my T-shirts, 1 A|X and other HUGO BOSS for laundry purpose. It completely ruined my trip and over this they are reluctant to compensate for the damages. Management is highly unprofessional, they don't answer calls or respond to emails. Never going back to this hotel again and not recommending this to the community.

Poor Laundry Service

Water clogging in washrooms almost every stay.staff are not professional and working under pressure, not responding on call scatter everywhere in the lobby.very uncomfortable hotel to stay with specially after a hectic and tiring day .very bad experience over all .

Family trip short

From the security to the front desk to maintenance, expect service with a smile. The location is perfect for those wanting to stay in the heart of bangalore city. There is ample parking as well as a valet service to make life easier. A special thanks to Mr. Das from front desk for accommodating us at such an unearthly hour. We chose a superior category room since we were travelling with a kid and the space on offer did not disappoint. Everything was looked after well and a special thank you to the restaurant staff for their impeccable service. The Vividus in bangalore will be my preferred choice for stay when next in Bangalore.

Amazing hotel

The stay was very pleasant. We had opted for full board, and i must say, we were quite satisfied with the variety of food in ala carte. The staff in the food zone were extremely wonderful, and courteous and attentive to all our needs.
We did have little troubles here and there with maintenance, but everytime the staff did take prompt action to do the needful.
Through all our stay, Mr.Lingaraj Swain was on the front desk management and he made sure to make things easier for us. Cannot thank him enough for his co operative and helpful nature.

Only thing that was surprising for me was, that we had done our booking through booking.com and we had booked double premium room with 1 single double bed but rather we were offered a room with 2 single beds and that was little spoiler for the first day, and we were told thats what the double premium room meant.

But thanks again to Mr.Lingaraj that he said he would try to change our room the next morning, and as said, we did get another room the next day.

I ld definitely recommend everyone to try this place once. The best part is its accessibility to different parts in the main banglore city. Its in the heart of the city, 5 - 10 mins walk from Anand Rao Circle.
