I booked this hotel and i amazed by the services offered by the staff and cleanliness maintained here!
the hotel reflects a nice ambience. The co-operative staff that they have really made my stay easy. Whatever I wanted was brought without delay. Good show, fabHotels!

Good location, great food close to hotel. All offices nearby. Good for business travellers. Definitely nicer than any lower budget hotel.
Great stay here and the best part is that its light on pocket.

I was on a business trip and stayed in Fab Hotel PHB. The complete staff was courteous and ready to provide all help. Experience at reception was excellent so as the room clininess. Facilities were good but can be improved by arranging some good cutleries.

A great place to hang around before and after client meetings. Dosas and coffee are available even during lunch time .. especially filter kaaapi. The Mysore Masala dosa with red colour mirchi pasted aaloo along with onions make it a great treat, The dosas are semi roasted - crispy on top and soft inside, with ghee to boot with - gives a great satisfaction ahd sense of peace. 

Full meals - across north and south cuisines are also available....

This is a newly renovated hotel (probably after being taken by Fab Hotels group. So, you would find the rooms with pleasant decor and well maintained. Toilets are also very clean

Pros:
1. The rooms are of decent size and with decent decor
2. Response time of staff is very quick
3. Helpful management
4. Startegically located in Bellandur area and very easily accessible
5. Ola, Uber and line autos and buses easily available
6. Clean toilet
7. Was able to get a hassle-free reception even at an extremely late check-in ( close to 1 am)
8. Plenty of options for food options nearby
9. Comfortable beds

Cons:
1. Since renovation work is under progress for the restaurant, there is a bit of dirt in the resturant area which is not in the lodging floors
2. Due to server issues WiFi signal was a bit weak

But for a  budget hotel, I think at the price it is a very good option

Clean and affordable

One night stay was awesome.

Only positive point is the location. Rest everything is a let down. Taps of rooms are dilapidated. There are signs of paint getting peeled off around corners. They do not offer breakfast for online bookings and do not expect any response after you have left premises. (I had requested a simple confirmation on mail about my stay and they said they would have to take manager approval and for that they would need minimum 8 hrs..!!! Just to send a mail from their reservation desk.)

On a business trip to Bengaluru, had to work out of RMZ eco world hence was put up at FAB since this was in close proximity to work. Now disaster strikes, we checked in the evening as soon as we entered the room there was a blast of stench.The Front office assistant a young sardar says let me get a room freshener and so he does now it even smells worse. So he gets our room changed but all the rooms were the same a lingering stench, the rooms on the whole were not maintained at all with cracks crevices etc.
Wash rooms were worse - so we checked out the next day - Would recommend their hotel at marathalli called berrys

Just stayed one night. It's very accessible to visit round Whitefield etc. Recently, maybe the hotel's room are renovated then luckly staying in clean room. But the bathroom was not able to work well.

Budget Hotel.

Worst hotel I have ever seen. Dirty bed-sheets, blankets, cockroaches in the room. Saw a big rat moving around the offset of what looks like a false ceiling. Upon intimation to the reception, one guy came in & advised me to shift the bed to the center of the room so that even if the rat falls on the ground, it won't bother you on your bed!
