Very good hotel It is nice, I have stayed with family and having all facilities like kitchen on premier room. Hotel staff are flexible with check in and check out timings.room service also good.i would recommended to any one. 

I have visited this property and my stay was 5 days, food quality  is also good whenever I ordered they serve same

I felt good  experience with the bulande comforts service apartment,


I stayed there for a month in their premier room on the top floor. It had a homely feel with a very good drawing room and kitchen. There was  a fridge, microwave and cutlery in the kitchen, and an automatic washing machine too!

Breakfast varies day to day, with both south and north Indian items on rotating basis. All items were quite tasty. Bread Omlette is an alternative available on all days.
Lunch and dinner were reasonably priced and ok in taste. Only negative was that the kitchen where food is cooked is in another apartment, and it takes around ten minutes for the bearer to walk from there.

Given the reasonable price, upkeep and location, I'd surely go there again.

Decent service apartment beside Manyata Tech Park back gate

good hotel for accommodation,

Excellent stay ever 

To start with, it was the most frustrating visit ever! I was there for my business exhibition and chose to stay in an apartment close by since I had my huge stock of tshirts. I had booked a 3 bhk apartment with them where i was promised a storage room to dump my stock and full time servants. When we reached there we weren't provided a full flat instead i was given one room in one wing and the other two in a different wing. We did not complain since we were too busy with our exhibition. We were not given the storage room for our stock as promised and our whole stock of tshirts were dumped in our own room. It was a complete mess. The servants would roam in our flats, smoke and drink in our room in our absence. On the 3rd day of our stay our whole luggage including my personal belongings and my stock of tshirts were shifted to another flat in my absence. When we reached the apartment after a tiring day at the exhibition everything was a complete mess and the room was stinking of cigarette smoke. Much to my horror i found my handbag's lock broken and some of my cash stolen. I immediately complained the head there and called the owner and everything was even worse from there. The did not cooperate with us at all and instead asked us to pay the balance payment while we were compaining him the atrocities we faced. It was a terrible experience. There was not a single thing about this place even close to satisfactory. The rooms were not cleaned regularly and the list of complaints are never ending. Would not recommend Bulande Hospitality services to anybody! 

Worst Stay ever! Won't recommend it to anyone!!!

No advance bookings.. Hyped prices.. Rude sales staff.. Purely money making business ..they block the rooms only for regular customers and show no available rooms online.. Sales staff are the worst...
