This place really is a hidden gem if you are looking for good quality guest house accommodation. We stayed here for several weeks early 2018 and cannot speak highly enough of the property or Peter who we found to be the kindest, most helpful and humble person we have met in a long time. This is a six room guest house (3 ground floor and 3 first floor) in very good condition. Our room was large with an excellent wet room area, massive comfy bed, balcony overlooking lovely garden area, fan & AC, fridge freezer, free & reliable WiFi - very clean and safe. Property is a 10 minute stroll to Benaulim centre and about 15/20 minutes to the beach. Loads and loads of good quality bar/restaurants nearby and check out the little shop across the road (to the left of  Annie's laundry) where you can get fresh bread rolls, samosas, water and other basics at ridiculously cheap prices. We absolutely love this place and have already booked for 2019. Remember this is a guest house and not a hotel and you will not be disappointed - Highly recommended - book it while you can!!!

Hidden gem

We stayed for 2 weeks in January this year. We had an upstairs room with a/c and a  balcony. We didn't need to use the a/c as there was a large ceiling fan which was more than adequate. Peter cleaned our room and changed the sheets every 3 days and gave us clean towels daily. He was the perfect host. Hoping to return to Benaulim next year to stay again.

Excellent

We just stumbled across this little place as we were walking around looking for accommodation and ended up returning three times during our 3 week stay in Goa. Peter and is wife are great hosts, they can't do enough for you. The room was light, bright, big and clean with ensuite, it had a massive comfy bed, the room also had a balcony. Towels, soap and toilet paper was provided and the room cleaned daily along with a towel change. There is A/C & a fan, the fan was more than adequate, we found. The wifi is excellent and there was a fridge in the room, he even brought us a kettle cups, spoons and bowls so we could make coffee and breakfast.  The guest house is about 30 minute walk from the beach, but it is not much in a tuc tuc or Peter rents scooters and bikes. There is a laundry and shop just over the road. The house is close some lovely restaurants and about 10 mins walks from the main street with shops and restaurants. He also has a very reliable friend with a tuc tuc who was more than reasonable and turned up on time if we booked him advance. He looked after our bags when went on a 4 day trip and accommodated us twice at short notice. This is lovely place to stay, would defiantly recommend here.
