Hotel location is very good and staff is professional, food is very tasty and room size is good.This hotel is located near railway station and is very good for corporate guest,we have done many events there.

We celebrated the engagement ceremony of my sister here and the services of the hotel were quite good. Food was also nice with so many options and staff was cooperative. I would recommend Amaya to anyone for a small family gathering in Bareilly.

The hotel is in mall road, Varanasi cantonment area shortcut from BSB 2.5 km or roundabout way is 5 k.m  auto persons are not aware of this place they charge 300 and cycle rickshaw charge 100 rupees
hotel staff were very cordial I must mention Mr.Amit greeted us offered welcome drink
ac deluxe rooms were good enough to stay comfortably. hygiene is good  only a minor discomfort we had while taking a bath in the bathtub there is no water absorbable mat so it was very slippery 
complimentary breakfast is tasty especially I enjoyed the sago payasam  
nice staff comfortable stay 



Considering availability in Bareilly, the hotel is upmarket. Near to Bareilly Railway station, civil lines market is also at walking distance. Rooms are well appointed, spacious and neatly maintained. Food is good although Buffet options in breakfast are limited. Overall value for money...

It is very conveniently located near the railway station. Stay here was perfect but food was a bit costlier and not upto the mark. The waiter needs to be educated more hospitable. The front office staff also lagged courtesy and smile.

Amaya gives you a cool soothing experience once you land in a hustling and bustling very noisy varanasi. It's peaceful, relatively calm does it's job really well. I quite liked the ambience. Overall it was a wonderful 3 night stay..
The lobby area is nearly done . Though the presence of bar in the front looks not so welcoming. 
Staffs are trained ...Front office is courteous except for one tall skinny gentleman who needs to be trained. 
Rooms are good, breakfast buffet spread is fine...
Overall a 3 + from my side...

Amaya...stands to its name ...calm  , kool  , soothing

Two days halt..average hotel..rooms are ok..the towels in rooms were old not seemed very hygienic..buffet had limited spread..preparation of food was ok..WiFi is slow..pick and drop thru hired cars..so there were delays in pick up and drop...

Stay and food

Room Service is slow, room floor is not good. Food is OK. Bathroom accessories not given. One towel given, for two pax and after repeated request second towel provided next morning that are also not clean. Parking problem, not available. Below average hotel, cost is high. "

Mr Arun Kumar Singh CGM Hotel Amaya Very Badly Misbehaved While I requested only a out source Audio requirement for my Business Event . While He can communicate Politely that hotel policy does'nt Allow he Started shouting and said i don't bother about any event i will not do any event 
i requested other Staff To Provide Senior Authority Nos and Contact Details Then He Came Out And Started Fearing Me that he will Do police Complaint Against me .

worst person in Hotel Mr. Arun Kumar Singh don't know how to talk with customers very arrogant Don't Have Business sense and how to deal with Customers .

this worst behavior with a corporate customer by such a reputated Hotel's Employee is never expected .

entire U.P. And Uttrakhand I use to stay and organise business events but such person i had never seen in my life

WORST HOTEL MANAGER I HAHD EVER SEEN

Good hotel but The staff here is hardly trained in any aspect of customer dealing. They display nil professionalism and appear hardly interested in their jobs, besides they lack ethics. They treat customer as a burden and dont hesitate in lying openly. Not for once did i get any apology for the following i faced. Instead i left with a frustrating experience.
I came here for an official trip from 01 oct 18 to 18 Oct 18 and stayed there at room no 101. Following is what i faced

I booked telephonically through their customer service agent Mr Vikas Singh. I had clearly told them that I require accomodation and transport for office from the hotel. The quote made by him was Rs 2250 for stay and Rs 300 for transport. I was also offered a pair of complimentary laundry daily and was also assured that the breakfast would be served timely so that i wont get late to work.
I stayed there for 18 days out of which i used transport for 12 days. Following is what happened

1) I was billed for laundry and Mr Vikas abruptly backed out of his offer he made telephonically saying laundry comes under "package" and I WASN'T GIVEN A PACKAGE. I had to struggle a lot to get that cancelled.
2) The breakfast was never served on time and i was late for office everyday.
3) The general manager was never interested in taking my feedback inspite of leaving message for him everyday. I also left a note in his office while checking out but never got a call back.
4) Quite a no of times, transport was never on time. Also they tend to wait for other customers to share the cab. This lead to me missing my lunches a few times.
5) One of the room service staff entered my room without knocking and took water bottle without asking permission. I was surprised.
6) Inspite of my repeated requests well on time before check out, the bill wasnt prepared till the moment i had to check out. Hence i had to come back again.

Finally,

6) while checking out, Mr Vikas backed out of his offer AGAIN and falsely stated I WAS GIVEN "A PACKAGE", hence contradicting his earlier statement during laundry. This time i was compelled to pay transport for all 18 days, including the 06 days i didnt use transport.
The audacity of them twisting their statements just to earn few extra bucks from customer left me unpleasantly baffled. I was cheated openly and I couldn't do anything as no one was interested in listening to my story.

Overall, The hotel is nice but the staff's standards is surprisingly frustrating. You can definitely give it a miss.
Still If someone is determined to stay in this hotel, my advice is to keep all the communication on mails so that they don't back out just when you are checking out.
