United-21 Wildlife Resort, Corbett

I stayed there befor some times , The property I seen nothing was there, The management totaly neglect. Only the custumers are coming due to Good Staff Behavior, I woul like to Put the Name of Mr. Anil Thakur who taking care of front office always i seen him at Front office and whenever we required his help, He is ready to help us even on Off Shift he came to resort and take us to River walk. Last night we cancelled our Jungle Safari because limited safaries are allowed to Jim Corbett Park, due to same we are unhappy but when He take us to Night safari adventure and that was out of the world because we seen real wildlife only near by the road. Due to his unbreackable support we enjoyed our trip.

Not up to Mark but staff was good

We stayed 3 nights at this resort.
Location: Its few 100-200 meters from NH 121 but on a very narrow street that's easy to miss. Kosi river flows at the back of property which is plus. Many properties in this area may offer this.
Property: Its a large property with no amenities
Room: We got a newly built room with view of nature and river and a larger balcony. Bed and furniture was new, so were fittings in bathroom. There was a tea maker, no microwave / kitchen.
Staff: Friendly and courteous. Good room service. 
Food: Good and well priced. Restaurant area is also open and good place to eat. There is no alcohol service at the resport

Recommended only for stay as there are no amenities..

Large property, no amenities, good staff, limited options but good food

The picture in website are very good but in reality it is not up to that level. The cottages are old and there are water seepage on wall all over. Food is fine but little expensive than it should be.

I had trouble while finding this resort. I was trying their number since morning to get some direction to reach but no one answered. The alter number was also not working. The resort is not very lively and looks dull. 

But in morning it looks fine. Kosi river is very near is a plus point

the rooms are average and a little tired, staff were very helpful and showed us the cabins before we checked in... the biggest surprise was the food.... fantastic food both for dinner and breakfast.... loved every mouthful..

This was the first time when I got opportunity to go with my cousin, my and his parents on a trip. I was excited for a family trip, but hardly I knew I was going to get trapped in the worst vacations of my life at United21 Jim Corbett.

I planned to visit Jim Corbett along with my family on 15 august weekend and did an advance booking in this regretful resort called united 21 by taking PCL membership.
The entire planned awesome tour ended so dreadfully thanks to resort and its worst team.

As soon as we entered the Jim Corbet area we were mesmerized with the nature's beauty we could see lot of board advertisement along the way hoping that we could find one of the sign board of this resort but guess what there is not an so single sign board except for small which is so small that its of no use.

ENTRY the entry to this resort is almost invisible because a very narrow road leads to the resort
First Impression the entire so called reception are looked like a century old municipal school building which could be fallen any time. Because of low maintenance the floor were covered by slippery algae. My mother almost slipped had we not caught her just in time.

Rooms the most shocking and devastating moment came when we saw our rooms since I went with my family we booked 4 rooms as soon as we opened our rooms we were welcomed by pungent smell. The walls had broken paints and had water droplets coming from the ceiling. Our plight does not ends here. The AC was so loud that it reminded me of desert cooler. The bedsheets were torn and there were strains in towels and blankets

We had a small kid with us who refused to go in the room because of pungent smell. The kid  vomited because of the smell coming from the rooms, however there was no help from the resort.

When we complained about this to the resort manager he said all rooms have same problem and said nothing could be done. He told that they have already escalated the bad problem of the resort to United21 management but it seems because of greed they keep on renting the resort.

I called the PCL NCR head of united 21 Mr Prabhat, he assured me that he will take care of this but to our dismay it was all fraud he was never serious about it and irony was he shouted on us saying what can he do since he was in Delhi. He can't do anything till we come back. This person was so rude we don't know how is he managing his stay in hospitality industry. Rather than solving our problem he kept on saying I will escalate the issue next week (the time after our stay). He had no empathy with us even though we mentioned our problem that we are in very uncomfortable situation and especially kid who is not ready to go into the room. We had to spend most of the time outside the room.

In my opinion the entire resort was NOT FIT TO USE but may be due to greed or what united 21 management is still continuing this resort. United21 is a big fraud and I request everyone to stay from it. Unfortunately, there is no competent organization in India otherwise this resort should have been blacklisted. Please avoid being cheated from United21 and PCL membership.
