Resorts is available in a pleasant location... Rooms are very neat and clean.....Nice interior designs,,....... Value for money....... basic amenities are very good ...... Front office staff are very polite and kind... Made check in and out very smooth.... Made a amazing stay... Unforgettable....

It was nice hotel location was amazing near by restaurant also here very pleasant stay  i had all basic amenities staffs are helpful and friendly neat room nice ambiance over all it was new experience to stay here..

Amazing Stay...

Excellent stay..

Madha Resorts is a small new hotel with 10+ rooms and it is 3.5KMs away from the Lake.  If you're travelling with friends and going to this resort only for stay, then it should work out.  Being a new hotel, rooms and wash rooms were clean.  But they definitely need to scale up on the maintenance part.  Closet is leaky and scaling formation already started in the closets.  Also pathway roof was moisured due to previous day rain.  

Its better for them to Coffee and Tea powders and kettle as its very difficult for us to get a coffee.  You need to wait forever in the morning to get a poorly prepared coffee.

There are only two staffs (Ramu & Mani) who are outstanding.  Even though my friends were giving lot of errands, these people were very courteous.  

"Resort at Backwater" is actually misleading

We visit day time for the resorts to taking rest but no power back up , So No Fan , No TV. we are very upset . no food service, No water bottle in the room , wi fi just working near by also no shops... 

Room cleaning is very good
