Awesome hotel this is memorable please in Aurangabad please visit this place best place in world i have more enjoy this place this is adventure place i belong form nagpur but this place are awesome i  have very good fell this place very resemble price this resorts

The new rooms are very spacious. However the old room on first floor offer the best view. The restaurant serves good food but needs to add more variety.

The only place in locality which has a proper bar service.

We stayed at the hotel for 2 days night ,the location is excellent. spacious & clean rooms.The hotel has also roof top , swimming pool with the view of the historical place i.e DAULATABAD FORT.which is very perfect  for the hot weather .we also had lunch &dinner  at the hotel.
which was very good & tasty . i have to mention to staff which was very AMAZING!!!.
& Extremely accommodating . they made us ,we were at  HOME. 
Thank you guys , i will always keep you in my heart & really hope , i will see you again soon!!!!

the bathroom web stayed was amazing as well as the bathroom. everything was clean.it felt like a second home.the food we orderd is delicious.

Resort With a Good view

We stayed here for one night. Manager and the staff are polite and helpful. We stayed in a room on the first floor. The rooms on the ground floor are larger in size and suitable for three persons. But the double occupancy room is not at all okay for three persons. Room was old, the TV was too small with few channels, no kettle or mini fridge provided. One has to literally climb to step in the bathroom - a task for the elderly or children. I could not understand why the high level for toilet. Very risky to step down too! Only Hindi newspapers available. The hotel is very close to Devgiri fort and Ellora caves are about 11 kms away.

Old rooms

Lotus hotel location was very good. But i order tomato dhaniya shorba and veg manchurian server was taked order come back 15 minute tomato dhniya shorba chef was not make it then he was suggested me cream tomato soup  server was came back and said 
Carem of tomato chef can't  make it.. 
Ok both soup are not out of menu. Then server bring veg manchurian was test less and lots of chop garlic added. Where my experiance was worth. 
Shifted to me one holl  there have no public palece. Because i sitting where there have a reservation. I dont like this where i dont place order for main course and dessert.

Not good.. getting 2 star

Lotus resorts is first of all not a resort at all its a dingy lodge. Non of the amenities mentioned in the details is available. The swimming pool was filthy not cleaned for months, no AC in the night due to power cut and no power back up. Restaurant service is 1 star hotel. Pillow had fungus in it. Balcony was so dirty you cannot step into it. Toileteries were broken. No lights outside after 7 pm in the entire resort. Feels like a Scary house. Staff were rude when confronted about this. The water activities in the pictures are to mislead as it is not their property, but behind it and you have to pay 800 to use it. This is lodge class where I hav Paid 3 times its worth. I need 50% refund. Else I am taking down make my trip as well.

though on the outskirts, the roosm needs rennovation badly, including the toilets. The toilet was 1ft above the floor level. Bed sheets were not changed and were very thin and dirty. The towels provided had stains. it is a sham to cal it a resort. Maybe it can be called a guest house.
