Hotel is well-maintained and has all type of amenities. Staff is well-behaved and attend to the customer's need promptly. Bathroom is very clean and AC works without any problem. Restaurant is also available for food.

Peaceful stay, Clean room (bathroom too) ;) , excellent staff with supportive service. Hotel was flexible with my early checkin & late checkout request. Perfect stay for business and solo travellers, ease of access to major locations across the city.

I appreciate the care of receptionists, hoteliers, and people working in the hotel with the guests. They advised me to do not take a tour that could be a danger for me, as a woman travelling alone. In this sense, they were very kind talking to the guy I had already booked the tour. I felt safe there. Thank you!

Rooms were neat and clean. Staff was good and friendly. Especially thank to MR Thorat who help us from booking to check out. Also he guide us to make trip daily plans. Excellent stay for family. Break fast also tasty. Location is at center of city easily accessible to tourist sopts.

Rooms are great with all amenities in this budget...Also have helping staff..  It has excellent Manmandir Veg Restaurant nearby but could not find  Non-Veg Restaurant near to this... otherwise location is also good...                                                                             .                               

Good as per the loation. Prime location. Nice rooms and ambient .Need to improvement in terms of Breakfast and Variety and quality as well.  Need to have more parking space for cars. Need to work of water heaters.

The best thing is  Atm petrol pump.. Hotel..hospital..every thing in walking distance.. 
The staff here is so help full.. And polite.. And friendly... Especially raju and deshmukh they were really nice people I met there.

Very good experience there.  The staff was very helpful and warm.  Rooms were clean and basic anenities were provided. Breakfast variety can improve. Would definitely recommend Treebo property. Room service was prompt

Good and clean room. Well sanitised entry process. Stay was pleasent. 
Check in and check out was done smoothly. Hygiene was well talent care of.
Room was also well maitained  and sanitised properly . Overall satisfied

Though not quite at par with Treebo standards on some fronts, the positive approach of the hotel management and staff by far outweighed the short-falls. 
Very friendly and accommodating, they walked that extra mile to make my stay comfortable. 
I do realize that their service issues had everything to do with the current pandemic, yet the hotel owner Karan was personally present for most parts of the day looking after the guests.
i will rate this property highly on service front and recommend the hotel to anyone who is not looking for a high end hotel in Aurangabad.
They could do a little more with breakfast though. 
Rooms were decent. 
Location is really very good.
Over all i'm glad i chose this hotel.

Wish to stay next time...

We went for a family trip covering Aurangabad, Ajanta, Ellora, Shirdi and stayed at Treebo Trend Royal Kourt for 5 nights. Staff was very helpful and the taxi service they arranged for all the trips was also awesome. They do not have a restaurant of their own, although we enjoyed the breakfast that they served every morning. Adjacent to dining hall is their own franchise of Gold Gym and the music played there is not just loud but ear shattering. Thats a big minus. I have not used such gyms and do not know whether this is the norm, but the music was so loud as if they were exercising their ear drums also to the extreme. 

Next cleanliness. The bar here has definitely gone up since the Swacch Bharat mission started and one can experience the change in cleanliness across the country. But if one compares the general cleanliness of Aurangabad itself and then that of Treebo Trend Royal Kourt then definitely Treebo Trend Royal Court is much above average. Cleanliness has not come to Aurangabad or its highways or restaurants and that is very evident for anyone who travels around and sees the change otherwise. In fact Ajanta caves and Ellora caves are quite clean under the ASI but the local effect is visible. We visited Khajuraho last year and the temples there come under the ASI as well. The level of cleanliness there is exemplary and that goes hand in hand with the cleanliness of Khajuraho as a city. 

Good experience

Overall, the stay was good. The receptionist allowed us early check-in which really helped to execute our plan well. The room was clean and the room service was okay. The only disappointment was the breakfast and the cleanliness at the dining. Breakfast quality could be well improved so that the guests need not go searching for other nearby restaurants.
