!!! Under no circumstances should you put money in this hotels pocket !!!

The management is the worst I’ve experienced in my life, even before we had major problems and had to change hotel. The man is rude and the woman is even worse. Very unpleasant people.

We checked in yesterday 26-01-23 and paid 2500 rupees per night for 3 nights in a room that resembled a prison cell. The bed was like lying on the floor, there was no toilet paper or bidet, and the curtains didn’t block any su light out because they were so cheap and thin. There were also cockroaches about the hotel and the Rottweiler dogs they have are aggressive and kept growling at my girlfriend. They were not chained up most of the day. 

We woke up at 7am today due to the sunlight blaring through the curtains and promptly left to go find a new hotel. We found one just up the road at the Eve Resort and it’s amazing, the staff are very friendly as expected with a hotel stay and it’s cheaper for a very nice room. 

When we checked out we asked for a partial refund, minus the one night that we stayed already to keep fair. The staff immediately turned from unpleasant to angry and defensive. I respectfully told them we simply couldn’t stay there any longer and asked again for my refund. They refused and in-fact demanded more money from me. I’d paid 4000 so I wanted 1500 back but he said I owed the full 7500 which obviously isn’t going to happen. They then started threatening with legal action which is ridiculous and actually quite funny. I knew I was fighting a losing battle so just took the 4000 loss and took my bags to another hotel. 

Please do yourself a favour and do NOT spend a penny as this place.

!!! DO NOT STAY HERE !!!

If you guys don't want to spend your hard earned money on worst things then don't stay here. Staff is very rude, they are ready to fight every time. While stay there was no electricity in the room, when i asked they said electricity will come in 15-20 minutes but i waited for 3 hours and when i asked again then they started shouting for asking. Same thing happened next day also when i was in the room without electricity. I will suggest not to stay here with your hard earned money.

Worst Resort ever seen

Never stay here the manager and the staff is v impolite and rude the rooms are very untidy and filthy it would be better if u dont stay here there are better hotels around..they even over charge u in billing..

Worst hotel dont ever stay most of the review is paid

For Goa, stars in hotel mean nothing. This one is only 2 stars, but is really nice comparing to others here. It has its own territory, bar and restaurant, and is just near the beach (bar is on the beach). Staff is nice and helpful, they speak English. We arrived at 3am, in the middle of the night, and they waited for us. To ask of cleaning your room, just leave the key at the reception. Very Green, calm and clean. I will be back. 

Good hotel, 2 steps from the beach

I stayed in Si Vue in November 2019. It was my first time in Goa and, I hope, not the last. The hotel was chosen on the advice of a travel agent, for which she is very grateful. From conversations with tourists from other hotels, I concluded that I was lucky with the hotel. I got settled quickly, on time. The hotel is modest, but cozy. The view of the ocean is stunning! And the beautiful, endless beaches on both sides of the hotel... The rooms are simple, but clean. There is everything necessary, everything is in working condition. The staff is very responsive, all the supplies were instantly responded to.

Place of force

Hotel for quiet and quiet rest. During the stay, young people and noisy companies were not met. Left of the hotel, literally 100 m there is a rental of bikes. A swimming beach with a minimum number of sellers, no cows) At the stone hotel, swimming left or right of the hotel, literally 50-100 m walk. The rooms are simple, everything worked, there is a teapot, air conditioning. There are carpets in the room. The hotel's minus is breakfast, you can say there are none, only omelette/eggplant and tea/coffee.

Quiet and calm north of Goa

I was at this hotel in February 2018 What I want to say / add was on request. The food in the restaurant is delicious, but it would be better... About a week later the refrigerator broke down. Everything was changed to a completely new one. For example, this year we went to buy it in a box. It was a lot of room. This time we settled in a better room. Everything worked. Nothing dropped from the cranes, the cleaning was on request. The food in the restaurant was delicious, but it would be better... About a week later the refrigerator broke down. It's OK.

We stayed at this hotel for 2 days in April 2019. Initially we planned to stay in this area of Goa for only a day, but in the end we liked our room and the hotel as a whole so much that we decided to stay for another day. The room was overlooking the sea, with a large balcony running on 2 sides around the perimeter of the room. The view from the windows is lovely. The cost is 2500/hour. There is no breakfast, but there is a cafe at the hotel. The room had a refrigerator, electric kettle, glasses. There were no breakdowns with hot water. The service is pleasant, not imposing. I recommend this hotel.

It's a paradise.

I have stayed here for 2 nights. Location is quite serene, no hustle bustle far from crowd.
Also rooms are clean, well maintained and spacious. Room service is also up to the mark. They also serve decently good food. Overall a nice pocket friendly experience.

Amazing budget stay in Ashvem

Just want to say thank-you to Dennis and his staff, for another fantastic holiday for myself and my family. This is the fourth time that i have stayed here and i can not wait until the next time. the staff and owner are brilliant, the food is very good, the accommodation is good. if you are visiting this area of Goa, staying here is a must. You will not be disappointed and will have a fantastic stay.
