I had a reservation for three nights on this hotel at the end of March and I ended up leaving after the first 5 hours.
- The first thing it’s that they didn’t send the shuttle to pick me up like we agreed on messages so I found myself in the Delhi airport at 3 am without a phone or a safe way to get there by myself. 
-When I finally got there at 5am and after knocking the door for a while the receptionist attended me without even saying hello and he didn’t speak any English. It took an hour(min exaggerating to do the check in) in which I has to pay cash and he didn’t want to give me change, he just told me that was the money I owned him when 2 minutes before that he wrote down the amount for me to pay him and it was less, it seems than as soon as he saw the money he just thought of keeping in it all. 
- When I finally get to my room, there was  not towel or toilet paper and the room(without) a window, smelled like chemicals and was under construction.            - After just three hours after I got to the room from my very long trip, they start knocking the door and even if I ask them to stop they keep going until I open when they tell me that they need to work on my room. I couldn’t believe it, the whole situation was awful and I was so exhausted, so I booked another place and when I was leaving (without sleeping) I asked to speak with the manager who told me that that room was just for three hours and then I had to change(which they didn’t told me) but also wtf? So I said that the whole experience was awful and I didn’t get a single apology, I showed him the photo of the room in booking and the one from the room I got and he responded: “same same”. I’ll post the photos here so you can tell me if it’s same same. 
-Also because I booked on booking and paid cash(cause I had no other option), when I left they just said on booking that I didn’t show up so they couldn’t review me. 

This experience was terrible and the workers there made me feel so powerless. I obviously lost my money and had to pay for another place. Don’t waste your money here but more importantly, don’t waste your energy, it was too much.  I leave a few photos of what I got and what I had actually booked.
