Excellent property, located centrally on Queens Road. Room was good, spacious equipped with modern amenities. Washroom was tidy. 
Breakfast spread was good and delicious. Ambience of restaurant was nice.
Staff was humble. Enjoyed my stay.

Would definitely stay again and recommend to everyone. 

It was my first visit to Amritsar and I was looking for a good hotel to stay near golden temple with a nice location. The hotel fulfilled both my requirements and offered a warm welcome to my family. The hotel staff was warm and ensured that my family had a comfortable stay. Thank You.

I had been on my regular business trips and stayed there since last 7 visits as it has nice rooms reasonable rates and good food. Breakfast buffet is also supurb. Hotel staff is also very courteous to guests.they also provide free pickups.

Its a basic hotel located at a decent location,  near by golden temple with local transport available at all times.  
I booked this for my parents, they suffered no difficulty in stay.  The reception arranged their trip to wagah border at an extra cost 
The rooms were fine and decently priced. 

Located a t a good location. Rooms were clean washrooms were Hygienic, The staff was corteous. Roons were spacious. The breakfast was good. overall at the cheap price a good deal to grab on. Will stay with my friends.

This property is rather well located approx 3 km. from Golden temple. The rooms were neat, toilets though need some maintenance. The staff service and attitude preety good. The Orchid restaurant is awesome - both quality and price wise. The food spread is very good and damn tasty at very reasonable prices.

Worst hotel in amritsar

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights and those turned out to be nightmare. Before making the reservation we clearly asked whether there will be hot water in the washroom for which they replied yes. We reached the hotel at 10 in the night and wanted to freshen up but were shocked there was not hot water in the washroom. On calling the reception he said keep the tap open for few minutes and you’ll get hot water. We kept the tap open for a good 15mins but only cold freezing water. Since we were very tired we didn’t freshen and went to sleep. Next morning we got up a little late and to our horror and surprise there wasn’t hot water. On calling the reception the reply we got was it’s available only till 11am . I mean seriously it’s freezing outside the temperature outside is 6deg and u won’t give us hot water.. ??? On arguing with the reception he said ok we will give one bucket of hot water. Which was clearly not hot only a bit warm. We had to take bath with cold water. When we complained at the reception the reply we got was for few guests we  cannot keep the heater running whole day it will cost us electricity bill. Then you morons why not mention the same before booking?? There is absolutely no humanity left. While leaving the hotel when we asked for bill they denied giving the saying it will charge us tax. We said ok fine give us gst bill then they started telling us all sorts of reasons and we never got a bill. Basically the rent for 2 days went directly in their pockets as black money. Never ever go to this hotel. They are cheaters and liars.
