Best hotel and service best hotel rooms . Food quality is so good . Staff is very friendly and nice . Best meeting with owner also nice down to earth person may god bless them all nice stay

This is a very old Hotel In the Heart OF Amritsar City.  The Hotel Has Recently Added A New Feather In Their Cap i.e A Ultra New & Huge Restaurant " Taste Of Amritsar".And A Bar Longue Separately. The Food Is Very Tasty & The Snacks Offered  is Very Crispy. The Best Part is The Entire Food Range is Not At All  Heavy on Pocket. The Amenities At Hotel Are Excellent. 

Very soon Roof Top Dining Concept  is coming up At Hotel which will Be  A  very New Concept in A Small City of Amritsar & Its Mostly Available in Metros in India.  

The Best Part is The Directors / Owners  OF  Hotel In Person Take care of Guests & Interact With Them.

Average hotel to stay in.Staff is nice and courteaous.rooms are not much good.onr cant expect an five star service and room as these rate. but its surely an value for money hotel.parking lot is very huge.there is a huge space where they can arrange parties and marriages as well.all n all an very average hotel

MUST IMPROVE SERVICE.. Overall experience was good. We found what we expected ( Value For Money ). Hotel has provided with transfer facility well on time. Complimentary breakfast service was good. best luck for change... 

OK.. BUT NOT EXILANT...

I book the room in this hotel on 8/7/2018 . It was my first time in this hotel. I book the hotel through oyo rooms .I buy a 1699 rs plan for 2 person. In 1699 Rs. 999 is  room charges and 700 rs is for meal charges.Break fast , lunch and dinner included. The room was very smelly. There is no remote for AC..  Even the hotel didnt provide full oyo toiletries kit.. There is insects also in rooms. Even the food is not good
I checked out from hotel on 9/7/2018.. At the time of checkout the Hotel Receptionst KULMEET SINGH BHOLA told me that I have to pay extra charges 860 rs for lunch and dinner. I told him that meal plan is also included in 1699 rs package . But he denied and i Pay him 860 rs and checked out from hotel.... when I reached home I call the Oyo rooms and explain everything that hotel receptionst KULMEET SINGH BHOLA charge me 860 rs for lunch and dinner. As i told that Lunch and dinner is included in my 1699 Rs package. After file a complaint against KULMEET SINGH BHOLA  I received a call from KULMEET he told me he will refund my 860 Rs next day . In next day he only refund me 700 Rs ..... I know 860 rs or 160 Rs is not a big amount. The thing is that KULMEET SINGH BHOLA cheated the customers. I am not recommended this hotel. because I have very bad experience in this hotel as i write here everything. This hotel is not value for money.. Its such a wastage of money..

Nothing exception to say, the staffs are good, other than that nothing is exceptional enough to say. Hotel needs improvement in all aspects like rooms ( many rooms have leakage problems giving smells from washrooms ). Not recommended unless you dont have much options.
