this is a great hotel m very happy with the service given to me at such a reasonable amount and the food quality was very very much good m satisfied overall with the quality of service from here just too good

Amazing location bang opposite to the bus stand. There is a restaurant just below and a store to give details and arrnage for all activities in town. 
Clean rooms and wash rooms. 
It was a quick checkin and checkout with no hastle.. 
Perfect for the price m (Got the basic room for ₹800/-)

I have stayed in this hotel couple of times owing to my research in this region. There are different rooms with different sizes.. some of which are big and spacious while some for the same price are little small. 
The price is usually less than 1000 but recently it has come to 1200 for AC rooms and for non-ac slightly less. 
They provide soap, towel in the room. Though mineral water and other things are arranged separately for a price. 
This hotel is good for short stay, especially if you are arriving or departing from Dandeli KSRTC bus stand which is right opposite to this hotel. 

This hotel does not have a restaurant but there are different food stalls, small restaurants nearby in walking distance as this is in heart of the town.

Reasonable hotel with modest facilities.. good for short stay in Dandeli

We took package for 6pax just to find it was not at all worth it. The boating and kayaking was ok but other activities (zorbing, cycling,etc) were in another place , abt 30km and total waste of time. Cycles were broken, no brakes, Zorbing was in dirty waters. Swimming was in some different place. 
Further when we tried to give them they were quite rude.

Very bad service

The rooms are very untidy and toilets ,dont even ask..Toilets had some previously used packets and was not even cleaned .The money we paid was not worth .
Pay a little extra and stay in a decent room.Plus the room has some pungent smell and beds are also not good. Dont stay here,unless you find no hotels vacant(which was my case)

Very unclean rooms

Bad coordination not enough boats ,Jacuzi is nothing all waste  Not a good place at all 
Most of activities are not there boat ride says crocodile here  , cycles broken  , water stinking in resort  , zorbing punctured and   kindly avoid a bad place Loot of Money
