I'm feelings a heavenly atmosphere..
There is good n neat facilities.
I'm satisfied their staff and management..
I'm make my next visit in December because their is snowy atmosphere.... almora all in one way to good in the tourists and tourism place. Is cool veely place and their people are to helpful and beautiful... 

A very good hotel located at a peaceful location on the outskirts of Almora on Binsar Road.  Good comfortable rooms with excellent view of the valley. Rooms are well maintained and the decor is simply amazing. The staff is highly polite and the rooms are very very clean. Food served is very good though it takes a long time to prepare the same. The manager personally attends to the guests and suggests some trekking options nearby. Overall a very good experience though the rates are slightly on the higher side.

I recently stayed at Mount Heaven  during the 27th March - 30 March period after having read excellent review of the place. May I say, the property is a gem of place and I can't find any faults at all. The hotel is a 3 hour drive from Kathgodam, and our taste of the service standards was during the train journey itself from Delhi, when my wife received a call from the staff asking if we could like to have lunch and what we would like to eat. By the time we arrived around 3 pm, it was really cold and breezy...a smiling staff was waiting for us with a welcome drink, followed by lunch (excellent chicken curry, dal, a veg dish and piping hot gulab jamuns). The staff also told us about the special menu for dinner and we were pleasantly surprised at the proactive update. Throughout our stay, the staff at the restaurant kept updating us about the food on offer and always made sure to ask in case we had any special requests.  We were also able to arrange for a vehicle to take us to the Binsar sanctuary where we trekked up to the snow point. Added to all this was the breathtaking view of the valley opposite our rooms. Needless to say, Imperial exceeded a lot of our expectations and I hope it stays like this always.

Great stay

First of all don't follow google map for this hotel.. surprised..? yes we spend more than one hour hunting for this hotel through goole map, its situated on binsar road a stiff road will take you to this small two storied hotel within a residential colony.  We booked through a travel agent and reached late in the evening hence left with no option to hunt for other hotel.  its not a bad hotel but an ordinary one.

Average Hotel

We traveled in the month of Oct'15, booked the rooms by seeing the pictures from TripAdvisor posted by the hotel management. I never thought of how would be the approach road to the hotel, which in the end was a disaster on actual visit. The pictures posted were pretty old and there is no terrace view. The approach road is very narrow & steep.It took almost an hour to reach from Almora mall road to the hotel, so one can imagine the distance. Parking space is very crunch(only 2 cars can be parked at a time). I was concerned about my car safety in the night as well. Toilets was very unhygienic and asked to change the room as we were the only couple in the hotel.We cut short of our trip from 2 night to 1 night and checked out the next day and traveled to Nainital. The staff was ok. We stayed in the hotel for the whole day as there was a park but was not of walkable distance. Overall a big disaster & cursed myself as the whole trip got jeopardized. To save some penny, I made a wrong decision.
