We got sick during our stay in Allepey and this little homestay turned out to be our lifeguard. The owner is very hospitable, he tries to help as best he can. The rooms are very clean, toilets with water and toilet paper. Air conditioning that works well, beautiful views in a quiet alley. There is a mosque in front that makes a little noise but nothing disturbing. Go ahead:)

A yearning for peace

It was a last minute reservation and Mr. Unnikrishnan was very kind over the phone and in person too. He suggested many place to go around. Room was decent sized with double bed, TV with hot water round the clock. If you are looking only for comfortable safe stay here is the place and you have good hotels around for food. Owner of the property was very kind and professional, offered milk for kid late at night. Its walking distance to boathouse center. Overall a pleasant stay.

Cheap and best, close to boathouse center

Me and my wife traveled to Alleppey last week and spent 2 nights and 3 days at the Homestay. The husband and wife who run the homestay are extremely warm and welcoming yet very professional. he homestay is very well maintained.

Nice place to stay in alleppey

i arrived super late at night and was led here by a random person on the street that was staying here. They said it was the best place you could stay in Alleppey. After walking 30 minutes with my large backpack at midnight we started to question them and thought about staying somewhere else, but we stuck with the and we couldn't have been happier. The management was woken up, but so so nice about it. He helped us get situated, brought us water and helped us find food. The rooms were big with nice bathrooms. They were spotless and very well maintained rooms with digital TV with english channels. The rooms also had free wifi.  The next morning they also helped us get a house boat too and it was an amazing experience! Even though I didn't stay anywhere else, I have to agree, this is the BEST place to stay - especially for the price.

Nicest management and amazing rooms!

This place is in the heart of Alleppey. The rooms are very clean and spacious. The owner Mr.Unnikrishna Panicker guided us very well about the place. He treated us like family. It is much cheaper then other home stays. It is very good for families and we loved the place.

Best home stay in Alappuzha.

We found three or four homestays on the same lane. Good life was one of its kind 

in terms of its non- commercial looks and the clean maintenance. It is much 

cheaper compared to others for the same kind and quality of services offered. The 

rooms had all amenities for a peaceful stay and the homestay is centrally located 

, just few meters away from the Punnamada lake. I would strongly recommend 

Goodlife Homestay.
