Pathetic customer service. The staffs were very unprofessional. specially the receptionist was very rude. They were talking as if we are staying for free. The hotel interior is very old and you dont get the feel of staying in hotel. We reached the location before sometime and requested early checking. But they didn't allow even when many rooms were empty and asked the charge if 200RS per hr even when we informed our checkout is 8hrs before. We had to pay 600 in cash for early checking and there is no official entry in the bill. 
We asked the receptionist to clean the room but that was not done too. 
Over all not recommending this hotel for the price. Don't book and save money and time

Rude staff , no flexibility for checkin timings, no value for money

I’ve recently stayed in this hotel and the best part is it’s location, it’s just 1 kms from the Railway Station and very near to Dargah. Rooms were spacious and clean and with all basic amenities one can expect in this price range and city. The staff was courteous and helpful, specially want to call out Anil, he help me to arrange vehicle at nominal charges for local and Pushkar site seeing and also arranged a complimentary guide for Ajmer Sharif Dargah visit. Overall I would recommend this place 

Worth the price!! 

Well to star with the face at the reception was grumpy and frustrated. He asked us for our baby certificate claiming that he doesn't look Indian. He lacked the basic mannerism being a manager.

Secondly nothing was ready at the room and we have to ask for every single thing such as soap , dental kit and shampoos etc. 

Thirdly the distance to Dargah is very confusing and a bit long . So if you are travelling with a child .

Fourthly the rooms are big but not well kept although the view of the mountain was amazing and the size appropriate. 

Plus points being the staff who were courteous and helpful and the breakfast which was very meagre but was delicious.

Good for Ajmer.

Staff is very lethargic ..
 Need to continuously ask them for a small thing like AC Reote..needed to call thrice for it.
No support from reception even for  shrine visit.
No help while parking out vehicle.
They don't even care to send someone for carrying luggage even after being informed about check out.. pathetic

Not professional at all

The hotel & staff is really good. Very well maintained property. My room was on 4th floor & the view from the hotel was amazing. Service is good. Dargah is hardly 1 km and behind this hotel you’ll get cabs who will take you to Tara Garh. Nice hotel with nice location & tasty food. 

Beautiful Hotel

Hotel Plaza Inn is almost a kilometer from Ajmer Railway Station and also very near to Dargah Sarif, you can either walk or take Battery Rikshaw which will drop you at Gate No.4 of Dargah Sarif.
Rooms are good and clean, food quality served in room is also good but quantity of food served is not as per price.

Near to Railway Station and Dargah Sarif

This is a nice cozy hotel, located within a Km from Ajmer railway station. 

The hotel provides a complimentary VIP entry to Ajmer Dargah to avoid rush, and all that we would have to pay would be Rs. 50 as Rickshaw cost . Once we reached the Dargah, we were forced to buy a ‘Chaddar’ of minimum Rs.786 and flowers worth Rs.100. The person who escorted us refused to take us further until we bought the offerings. So if you really want to buy the offering you can avail their service. Else just get a Rickshaw and lead to the Dargah. It was not that crowded (We went on Thursday).

They also offered us a round trip to Pushkar at Rs. 800 , and we availed it again. But a guide who had tie up with Hotel met us at Pushkar , and tried to ‘sell’ us  Puja and other things. They take you to camel ride and other things to get their commissions. The driver was rash driving as well. Better to get a Uber. Its cheaper.

Talking about the hotel rooms, they were clean and spacious, although 1/3rd of the room lights were not working or kept blinking. Tap had 24*7 hot water which was great considering the cold weather. Their service is prompt. They offer meals in room as they do not have separate dining area. Food is okay. We relied on hotel food, as their is no decent restaurant in near by vicinity.

Decent Hotel, but beware of their complimentary services (MUST READ)

I booked my room executive category from make my trip 3 days before of check inn at Rs 991 a day before check in same room was available at Rs 650 from Yatra. MMT simply denied for any refund and no cancellation allowed. 

When I check inn at 7 AM the only room available is Suit room, They have to provide me suit room and Hotel asked to pay additional 600 for early check inn due to suit room. I ended up negotiate at Rs 400. I went outside and when I came back  they shifted my whole luggage without my permission to executive room spreading my luggage everywhere. When I argued they told me to pay and talk letter. The worst experience I have. The staff is not good at all dont prefer it.

Very poor atitude of Hotel dont prefer anymore 

The Hotel staff is not so professional as I expected them to be, In our case they gave the room which we booked to other customer thanks to Make My trip they helped us out.
Food is good and is a sure value for Money.
If you are at Ajmer for Dargah darshan, this hotel is at walking distance and the complimentary service for taking you to dargah is very good.

Average Stay, good Food.

This hotel is on a walking distance to Sarah and railway station. They don't have an active restaurant but they do provide Room service. No buffet for breakfast, instead they have a fixed menu to order from. Room were absolutely clean, well furnished and well lit. They also offer a secured car parking. The connectivity is not an issue as you will find autos and e rickshaw drooling around hotel all the time.
