Hotel Royal Stay

location is pretty good. Food was very good about 6 months ago. But now Food quality can be improved upon. the Items served in the meals are hot. service is good staff is very good and friendly and helpful.

The best thing a think about this hotel is the price and the environment that they provide. I have first visited this hotel in 2017 and ever since i have been staying at this hotel in Ahmedabad. As i had few bad experiences of the other hotels in Ahmedabad so thats why i prefer to stay at this hotel. The locality of the hotel is bit crowded so some might not feel staying there but if you care about hotel and its features them you may like it. 

Well, it was mid Aug 2018, I had to go Ahmedabad at my company's HO for a few days of training session. I booked this hotel. Overall the hotel is good enough. Staff is fine and helpful. Room is spacious and clean. However amenities were not upto the mark. The soap provided was of a very low quality. Towels were not clean or usable. The house keeping staff didn't do their duty properly. I had to always call them to remind them to come for cleaning. Other than this, staying at Hotel Royal was quite considerable for a short stay.

 very embarrassing disgusting hotel...staff at reception is very rude misbehave...did not know about ettiquate..booked a room online bt denied to give the room nor refund...kindly suggest to keep the option to pay at hotel otherwise u people will do the same thing with other guest..best way to earn money

Ever worst experience

I had made an online booking for 3 nights for December 2017, paid half amount online but plan got cancelled and I had informed them in advance more than a month before which they acknowledged and I was assured that transfer will be done soon and they assured to do paytm transfer but till date, I haven't got any refund neither they are picking up calls. Mr. Yasar was in touch for this refund. I don't want to give them even a single rating............it's pathetic customer service and I won't ever book this hotel for my future trip and won't even refer to anyone. Infact, will tell others to be cautious about this property as if this is the customer service reg. refund, I am horrified to think about their service if someone stays at this hotel :(:(
