The location of the hotel is second to none. The manager is pretty helpful and friendly but the front office staff are really itchy. The cottages are just livable, nothing fancy. The best thing about this hotel is the Taj view point. You can see the Taj Mahal from there. They don't do room service, it was a real disadvantage as we had to go to the restaurant every time for a meal in the cold.
