I stayed 4 times in this hotel  for 3-4 days during my annual visits to Agra from 2015. location: the hotel is about 400-500 meters/yards from Agra railway station. The 3 stored hotel has around 20 rooms for rent, The number of visotors were les than 5 during my all trips. The staff is simple, can give simple advises like everywhere in a standard hotel, friendly, can alarm by words in morning time if a vistor aks. Rooms are big, spaces are enough for 1-3 persons. Food of mid - good quality, food / coffee inexpensive . The hot watter - usual problem in Indian cheap hotels - was uninterupted for me. There was a serious problm with noise in night time: the generator worked all night long. Prices or ride with rikshaw drivers  are inexpensive in Agra. Taxi of Agra is not punctual. The scheduled buses are absent in Agra - a big village with ancient history.  Casual tansport; rikshaw driver, price 10-150 rupees upon luck/time/distance all over Agra. Small shops are around.

Simple hotel with simple Agra staff, 500 meters from the railway station

This is a very average budget hotel. However there are a couple of good things viz. The Manager was quite friendly and so were the staff.
The food served was satisfactory albeit quite expensive.
There is a problem with mobile signals due to which one needs to come out to the lobby to use the mobile phone.
The best thing about the hotel is it's most convemient location as it is located just about half a kilometer away from Agra Cantt. Railway station.

Budget Hotel

It was a stay on office journey night stay>
Good Points:
1. Proximity to Railway Station (Agra Cantt); Which was major point to settle there, as I had very early morning train. Its a walking distance from Rly stn. and connected to rest of Agra.
BAD Points:
1. Almost no mobile signal in most of rooms.
2. On electricity cut/ breakdown No AC.
3. Average maintenance

So we state twice, both as stop overs for a train, getting in past midnight and leaving very early am. First night we booked AC but got non-AC, next was non-AC booking and got AC. 

Room was filthy, didn't even shower because the muck was coming off the floor on our feet, squashed bugs on the walls and the sink was covered in something horrible! The bedding was alright though. 

We got in at 12.30am and wasn't very well so wanted to get straight to the room but the manager made us fill in very slowly lots of forms that he could have done himself. Also when we told him we would check out between 9am and 10am then came down at 9.50am he still hadn't photocopies the passports so we had to wait. 

The only positive is it is about 2 minutes from Agra cant train station, about Rs20 in an auto. 

The food at breakfast was also not very nice. 

Filthy unfriendly bad food

Bad experience, 2 simple cots make a double bed .Hot water given in half bucket in winter season,you can't take bath with half bucket.Food was not tasty. we changed the hotel for next 2 days.Be careful before selecting the hotel.
