The hotel is in the good position with good facilities. The staff is very friendly and cooperative.  The breakfast is complementary and really good food.  Only drawback I found is the maintenance of the hotel. A better maintenance is need for the future. But for a short trip it's a good choice. 

Economical hotel with good location . 

Good ambience,location, in monuments reach very nice behavior staff managed by Manager Md.Ziyaauddin sir,very near to Railway Stations, malls near by goodies KFC AND mcdonald's we had pleasant stay in their hotel

Good service 

Booked 3 nights in advance. I'm writing this review on the third evening with an early train out of Agra booked. 

The hotel has been great, when in an unfamiliar country what you really need is a comfortable 'safe place' after a long day out exploring, which is exactly what this place offers, I might add for a very good price. 

The English of the staff is awful, but after all we are not in England! So with the use of pointing, hand signals etc communication was fine! 

When we first arrived some things weren't great: air con was difficult to work, shower was cold, TV was playing up. I did feel like a moaner but hey I'm paying their wages so! Anyway within 5 minutes of the above, the awesome little service guy was in there helping us out, by the time he left we had hot water. Turns out the TV does work but has very few channels and the air con does go to 30 degrees, but didn't heat the cold room up, so off he went and returned with a heater for us! Amazing. 

The location is pretty good, 2km from Taj Mahal, 15 mins drive from Agra Fort, there is a McDonald's across the road if like us you need a western fix! 

Above all, by far the best thing about this hotel is the food. We had room service for dinner each night. My partner had the same thing three nights running it was that good!! It was the aloo dum. I had the veggie thali on the first night which was fantastic, then aloo dum for the next two nights!! Breakfast was included in our price and that was basic, but delicious and filling. You get juice, coffee/tea, an omelette (plain or masala) and 4 slices of toast each! 

Definately recommend staying here! Great for travellers on a budget. The rooms don't look like the pics (but when do they ever?!) the rooms are clean, spacious and perfect for a good nights rest!



Stayed here for 3 nights

Can't really complain about this place. We stayed three nights. The staff don't speak English but do well to communicate considering. We had breakfast included and it was fantastic, eggs to order with toast etc. and tea or coffee.. really good. 
The food is actually all fantastic, we had dinner here all three nights it was THAT good - the Aloo Dum is just to die for - kudos to the kitchen! 
Also the staff were so helpful, we had issues with the TV, aircon and bathroom and they were up in a heart beat sorting it all out. All issues were resolved. The wifi is a bit temperamental but they have multiple routers so it may just be a case of going downstairs if you're desperate.
The rooms were clean enough, hot water although it's a bit temperamental. And the bathrooms are just wet rooms so we asked for ours to be mopped each day and staff were more than happy to oblige.
Location is good too, five minute rickshaw drive to Taj Mahal eastern gate (best gate) and Agra Fort ten mins in a taxi. There are always rickshaws outside the hotel. Mcdonalds opp also.
There is also an older gentleman who we thought was a porter to start with, but he helped us with everything. He was SO professional and polite, and super friendly. He deserves a mention for sure.

Good hotel, good value

Very good choice considering the price they charge. Rooms were spacious and clean. The bathroom looked a bit untidy, but when informed, it was cleaned immediately. I was happy to see that the bed sheets and pillow covers were clean. The food was tasteless though and the menu lacked options. Overall a satisfactory place to stay while visiting Agra.
