24 reviewsWe originally planned on renting a car but my hubs had to stay behind to care for his dad, and I was too afraid to drive in the weather. Anyway, the parking is nearby, the 10-11 is right across the street, the bus stop is close, and the area is very walkable with the right clothing and shoes. It was our tenth or so trip to Reykjavik because we love this city, so we’ve had a lot of experiences with lodging. Aside from a fab location, this apt was among the cleanest and best equipped of any we’ve stayed in. A washer/dryer was soooo appreciated by people traveling with just carry-ons (how we roll). Full fridge, stovetop and freezer. Okay, I would have deducted a bit for our freezer cause it was terribly stinky and I wouldnt have put anything in it, but we didnt need to - cause hello? December? So I didnt figure that in. Elevators, excellent trash instructions, green-forward approach. I’ve already booked with City Comfort for Christmas 2024 - That should say enough!
