Fantastic apartments on the edge of town. Conveniently located a short walk from town, next to a small supermarket and some fantastic restaurants. Apartment equipped with a basic kitchen if needed. Shower fantastic. Stayed a week and would thoroughly recommend

Very comfortable base in Reykjavik

I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the hotel's inflexible refund policy. Despite unforeseen circumstances necessitating the cancellation of my reservation, the hotel failed to display any understanding or flexibility.

My attempt to seek a refund due to a potential volcanic eruption and associated travel risks was met with resistance. The lack of empathy and consideration for the unique circumstances surrounding my cancellation request is quite a disgrace.

I requested even for a partial refund since there will be no occupancy, but they simply refused.

The hotel's unwillingness to accommodate a refund in this exceptional situation reflects poorly on its customer service. I expected more understanding and flexibility, especially when faced with events beyond anyone's control.

This experience has left me dissatisfied and hesitant to consider the hotel for future stays. I urge the management to reconsider their policies and adopt a more customer-centric approach.

Poor customer service, just for profit.

Ideal set up if you want to prepare some of your meals yourself. Clean, quiet and relatively close to all the things you want to see in Reykjavik. The grocery store next door is a wonderful feature too. Highly recommended!

Booked a room a week prior to arrival and asked if a child’s cot would be available - told that I should remind them 24 hrs before but it shouldn’t be a problem. Reminded them and they said no problem, let the cleaning crew know. A few hours later, and just before departure the owner wrote to say no kids allowed? Nowhere was this written, and I had made the request a week before. Now I am left traveling with a 4 yr old with nowhere to go to rest upon arrival - had booked the day before arrival to ensure early access as well. garbage people. 

This owner is a stain

Very nice apartment, clean and good bathroom and very comfortable.

A fantastic find - close to the shops and restaurants - spacious, spotlessly clean, quiet and safe.  Lots of hot water and a super comfortable bed. Also close to the pick up and drop off areas for any tours you may have book.  Highly recommend these apartments .

Our stay here was positively lovely! One of the cleanest places I've ever stayed. Completely safe and walkable to everything we needed! Staff was so kind and the property owners were so quick to respond to questions and so accommodating to our needs. We plan to return to the beautiful country again in the future and will definitely stay here again!

Really nice, clean and comfortable apartment and the perfect base for a couple to explore Reykjavik. It’s warm and cosy with a supermarket nearby so you can easily stock up on groceries. It’s quite compact but there’s enough space to chill and prepare a simple meal.
