Older building but very well taken care of. Lovely studio with everything you need. A little loud from parties on the street, but nothing closed windows and black out curtains can't fix! Contactless communication but all the emails, etc. are super helpful! Recommend.

Good central location in a tourist zone

The apartment was centrally located near Rainbow Street, Hallgrimskirkja church, restaurants, coffee, bakeries and Bónus, grocery store. We enjoyed our stay as we could go exploring for the day, regroup and relax at the apartment, then head out again for dinner. The location is also close to bus stop #6, Culture House, for airport and tour group pickups. The apartment was clean and very comfortable.

We had an absolutely brilliant stay in these apartments. They have a wonderful view of the mountains and are incredibly spacious. Katerina the host resolved any issues we had promptly, and was very helpful throughout our stay. The apartments are priced very reasonably for what you receive. We will certainly stay here again

Incredible apartment

We spent 5 nights here, our room was lovely, we were in an end room with 3 floor to ceiling windows curved round the room. Room had everything we needed - comfy bed, coffee station, good shower, safe. We found the room to be too warm in March and slept with the windows open. Not too noisy from outside. No noise from bar below in the room we were in. 
Bathroom could do with an extractor and main light needed bulbs replaced. 
Would stay here again as nice space and right in the centre with lots of great bars and restaurants around.

Great stay, would return

Great hotel to stay in Reykjavik! The best location in the center. They also provide the place to store the suitcases which was very helpful. The room itself is nice and clean, even though it was a little bit small. It has a huge TV inside and all the bathroom amenities. The view is amazing indeed and overall we enjoyed our stay.

Me and my wife came here for our anniversary.  Location is amazing, everything minutes away.  Everything was nice and clean.  Loved the island it was like landing on another planet.  On return I would definitely book here again.  People have moaned about the noise but we didn’t hear anything. Bit to be fair the band underneath was amazing also 😏

Amazing location and clean

Lovely apartment, easy self check in and luggage store etc. parking very close. It’s very central so slightly loud but no issue for my family. Not exactly as per the pictures though there is no living room or sofa space which is specifically shown

Overall nice

Amazing location. Perfect for exploring the downtown area. The luggage room is a plus. The room had everything we needed. The self check and instructions were clear and easy to follow. This place is truly a great stay.

Just perfect. Truly a room with a view !

This hotel was in the perfect location for everything we could have needed. Close to attractions, shops and bars/restaurants. Also close to bus stops (closest is bus stop 6- which is a 4 min walk). 
Although it is strange that there’s no one on reception, check in and check out is easy. They send you your room codes beforehand. I was a bit wary about this initially but it was all fine in the end. 
Lovely comfy beds. Not much of a view from our room, but due to time of year we only had 5 hours of daylight per day and we were out and about at these times anyway. Also really nice showers. 
Would highly recommend.

Enjoyed our stay in Reykjavik and our "Room With a View" accommodations made it easy to explore the area.
