Excellent location in the city centre, near a shop, and very easy check in/check out process that works really well. Would honestly come back here again.

This is the third time we have stayed in Reykjavik in Stay apartments. Would stay again. Spacious, clean, comfy beds, good facilities. Easy to access, great communication. Main point to note is that this is a great price every time we have stayed in expensive Reykjavik. The accomodation is priced great. Only annoying thing is the condensation each morning on the windows, but that could be due to it being a cold country and warm apartments. Still, we plan our return to stay here again! Thanks again for great time at Einholt!

We needed 2 bedrooms.  The living space was nicely decorated.  The entire building was clean. Free parking for guests. Quiet area. Easy booking.

The property was easy to find, check-in was a breeze. The apartment was perfect, comfy beds, clean and the kitchen was well stocked (loved the coffee machine) the best bit is the location, perfect to wander into town.

EXCELLENT all around.  From the cleanliness of the room and hallway/facility.  Located at the South end of all the street in Reykjavik that you want to walk for shopping and dining.  Grocery store around the corner to stock you mini-fridge for sandwiches/snacks for day-trip/excursions. Marija is AWESOME. Communication was/is quick if there is a problem.  She handled everything beyond satisfaction.When we come back to Iceland, I hope Stay Aparments Einholt has a spot for us. Definately stay here again and will recommend to anyone.Did I mention the FREE-Parking?  We rented a car for our time, and parking is FREE.  Not far away but at the entrance.  Amazing all around.  NOT FAKE. NOT PAID Representative.  Live in New Mexico, USA.

Great overall. Nice and warm, good kitchenette. The windows could have used a clean. The check in instructions didn't arrive for some reason and had to phone the hotel, but the person on the phone was very helpful.

We thank the wonderful team for their hospitality, understanding, excellent communication, care consideration, and consistency. Thanks to you, we enjoyed a wonderful first stay in Iceland.

It gave us a good home base for our Icelandic adventures. It was nice to be able to cook in the room with laundry down the hall.

Third family trip- would stay again!

The property was neat overall. There were some gaps in the floor boards that my kids tripped on a couple of times and a loose baseboard or 2. Also, the radiating heater in the bedroom did not seem to work. We tried turning the knob both ways. There was a couple times when our outside door wouldnt open due to it being frozen but we had a great response from the maintenence team, even at midnight, to help us get in. I think the thing I was most unhappy with is that the room offered a washer and dryer which was a deciding factor in booking this place. However, upon arrival, there was no washer and dryer. When I asked about it, I was told that it belonged to another company and they removed it. It would have been nice to have a warning of this, as we did not pack a lot of clothes. Instead, we were referred to a laundromat which cost extra money and did not do a great job. My overall rating of this stay would probably be a 6.5/10. It was within walking distance to a Bonus which was nice and one of the great food halls.

AWESOME PLACE

I stayed for 5 days. They communicated everything via email in advance, so I was able to use the service with peace of mind. Since there’s no need to go through the front desk or other staff, you can check in without worry even if your flight arrives late at night.Because it’s an apartment-style accommodation, I was able to relax as if I were at home. While it doesn’t have the same luxury or level of cleanliness as a high-end hotel, I still give it one less star for that, but it met my expectations, so there’s no issue. The heating and water facilities were perfectly fine and comfortable. They also bring fresh towels every day if you request them. I was happy with the service that allowed me to enjoy coffee in the room without having to buy beans or anything.The only thing I couldn’t figure out was the location of the laundry, so I used a coin laundry in the city.It’s about a 5-10 minute walk to the downtown area, and there are supermarkets and convenience stores nearby, making it a convenient location. There are also plenty of bus stops nearby, which might be more convenient for those participating in tours.For travelers who want to experience as much of the local atmosphere as possible, this hotel is a perfect match. Thank you to the staff for keeping the hotel so clean.

Entry to the property was OK. We had the wrong door code. We called and they gave us the right code. Apartment was adequately equipped with utensils, etc. Heaters worked good. Bathroom curtain rod was held up with duct tape. Beds were OK. Not the quietest room. The good news is they have a washer and dryer. Bad news is that they were abused, both doors were broken. Washer worked, detergent cup also broken. Dryer light came on, but did not work. Overall, an affordable option to stay that is walkable to downtown if you are on a budget.

The apartment had a well situated location.It was clean, well stocked.Easy and prompt messaging with owner.There is a place to leave your luggage if you arrive before check-in. A pet peeve was other inconsiderate tenants who allowed main doors and apartment doors to slam shut which echoed loudly in building. Also, apartment above sounded as if the tenants were wearing heavy work boots when walking around. It was just a tad annoying.

Iceland is an expensive country and to find accommodation which matches your budget can be very hard. We found the Einholt Apartments to be a very good choice. The outside of the hotel didn’t look very inviting but the room itself was top modern, clean and offered all the facilities we needed, including a little kitchenette where we could make breakfast. Even a toaster and a Nespresso machine! Also the hotel was situated perfectly location wise, just two blocks from the airport bus stop. Everything was automated. Codes for the entrance and even a luggage storage was offered.

Very affordable and clean

The building is surprising from the outside but our unit 204 was nice, clean and well complimented. Secure door access to building and rooms. Had small kitchenette that worked out nice since five minute walk to grocery.  Coffee shop across the street had great coffee and small breakfast menu. Location is good. We had rental car and was  quick trip to downtown and museums.  For the price worth it. And the free parking is right next to building. A true plus in downtown

The apartment is in what looks like an upcoming area with some construction cranes near by.  We were there Fri and Sat night so we did not experience any noise from this.  The apartment was nice, clean and large for our family of 4 (our teens are young adults).   Communication was great, received the email with entrance codes before arrival.

Althought the apartment could use a little exterior and interior update, it is reasonably priced and spacious enough for the family of four ( one bedroom). The apartment is also walking distance to Bus stop 12 and 13 where most of the tour’s meeting point. Close proximity to grocery store as well. The instructions to access the apartment will get send thru email 2 days before your stay. We never had any issues with the door code. They will also offer to store your luggage in case if you arrived early than your check in time.
