This B&B is located in a quiet neighborhood and is reasonably priced.  We shared a room with two single beds which was small but comfortable,  There is a large living area with a very nice view.  The breakfast was a simple continental style meal with no hot food.   The only drawback is the room entry doors do not have locks so if you leave for the day your belongings inside are open to anyone. That is the only reason for the four stars, otherwise an excellent place to stay.

Quiet and comfortable

B&B in a lovely two floors house, the room was big and comfortable. share bathroom was superlative with a shower that can easily fit two people and a bath.
Unfortunately was a really short stay in fact is really close to the airport so a strategic position for an early flight.
Again unfortunately I couldn't enjoy the breakfast as I had to leave before.
The host has been really nice and kind and suggest me a nice place to spot Northen Lights, but what I appreciated most is the view from the living room that is facing the sea.

Absolutely beautiful, modern house with very comfy and clean rooms, as well as the bathroom. Wonderful hosts and the best breakfast ever. Thank you very much Inga for letting us stay at your place!

absolutely to recommend!

We didn't realize it when booking, but this is a real bed and breakfast in a family home. We ate breakfast in their kitchen. When we arrived, the only distinguishing mark was the 'TripAdvisor' sticker on the door. We let ourselves in to find the kids watching TV, who told us we were in the right place and to make our selves at home. Our name was on a post-it on the bedroom door. The hostess is lovely and helpful. The location is OK if you have a car. Otherwise, a taxi from the airport is about 3,500 kr. The room and beds were very comfy, and we shared the bathroom with two other rooms. Breakfast was great. The house is very spacious, airy and bright.

We spent 1 night here due to its proximity at the airport. It was very comfortable, especially after 4 nights camping! Breakfast was good. The only frustrating thing was there was a wait for the bathroom at night. We just wanted to brush our teeth but had to wait 30 mins plus. I think our timing was just unlucky. The house itself is lovely and modern. The owner offered us a free ride to the airport the next morning which was much appreciated. 

Very nice

The Blue View Bed and Breakfast is wonderfully comfortable and your hosts are very welcoming. My flight arrived at 11.30pm but by the time I picked up my bag and waited for a taxi it was after 1am by the time I got there. Yano was waiting to greet me and show me to my room. The room had sea views and even at that time of the night it was daylight out so you could appreciate the view. I had a little trouble falling asleep because it is still quite bright, remember your eye mask!  Breakfast was great and the facility's everything you could ask for. 
I would definitely recommend a stay at this lovely house. 

Just one night of heaven!!

This home is gorgeous, and very modern and spacious feel.  The pictures are true to reality.  The place is very clean and the bathroom is huge with great shower and heated floors!  The room was a good size and comfortable.  It is a bit tricky to find, but you have to follow a type of frontage road off of the highway to get there.  A good landmark is the Bonus that is very close.  The property is just a 15 minute drive to both the airport and the Blue Lagoon.  It was so comfortable to just sit in the beautiful common room and gaze out the floor to ceiling windows!  I would definitely stay here again.

Just like being at home

We arrived here directly from the airport. It was our first experience of an Icelandic bed and breakfast. Hospitable hosts, comfortable rooms, pretty good breakfast but my favourite was the guest lounge with floor to ceiling windows, candles and excellent coffee.
