Nice, clean rooms with big bathroom and lot of closet space. It is also situated in a good area, parks, shops and bars within walking distance.
Very friendly staff and great owner, speaking English and/or German. The staff really does all they can to make your stay with them as pleasant, enjoyable and relaxed as possible, helping/assisting were they can.
They opened their hotel for us during COVID time when our team and others.
During COVID times it is challenging for everyone, but even during self-isolation they did all they could within the limitations/guidelines set to make our stay during these 2 weeks as comfortable as possible.
Good food, great BBQs and after being allowed to open the team enjoyed the wellness area as well.
We would definitely come back again.

Great stay during challenging period

This hotel is one of the most comfortable we have ever stayed in.The last time we were here was about 16 years ago and we felt the same then a lovely place to be.
The rooms are very good beds comfortable and immaculately clean.
The food is excellent very nice tastes.
The staff without exception are well trained and very pleasant and welcoming
To sum it up they have old world charm by the ton!!

A very comfortable hotel in every respect

This hotel is very nice, with parking place directly at hotel. Food and beer is very good, prices are little bit higher, but still OK, related to hotel level.
I recommend this hotel, I was satisfied.
I had breakfast and dinner, both food were tasty and good.

Business trip, MOL

The rooms were clean, the staff was welcoming, there was a shower, hot water and a shower kit (shampoo, gel, cream), and I was surprised and delighted by a chocolate candy on a stuffed bed as a welcome sign.

It's nice on the road.

Nice hotel with clean rooms, nice service and adequate breakfast. We stayed here one night and we can recommend the hotel well and with pleasure. A special tip in the restaurant is the golden soup - which was extremely delicious. Also elsewhere the hotel has all sorts of amenities such as a pool or spa. But we can't say anything more precisely about this, because we didn't have time to test the offer. Otherwise, we'd like to go again.

Good hotel at a reasonable price

The hotel is in an acceptable condition, some areas need to be improved. In addition to dismantled wallpaper, there are also mold traces. The kitchen and dining room are in an outdated condition. The food, especially the breakfast, needs massive improvement in terms of variety. There is no shortage of eggs, which are in abundance. Unfortunately, it is a very monotonous meal and too expensive.

We were attending a friend's wedding in the town, and it was our first trip to Hungary so didn't know what to expect. The hotel was very modern looking, the service was friendly and very helpful. The price was good too. However, the room we had, room 32, is one to avoid if possible. It's right above the kitchen, or thereabouts, so we heard the swing door from the kitchen to the restaurant opening and closing with a bang! The roller blind for the small window was broken, so we didn't get much natural light coming through, and the toilet seat was very loose. However, the A/C was really good and the bathroom/wet room was fantastic! Breakfast was adequate, and the evening meal we had was very well prepared with good sized portions. All in all, a good place to stay. The town itself is quite easily accessible by a short walk, but we were informed there were no taxis to take us into the centre of town. Once you're there, the shops, open areas and the 2 pubs they have are suitable to pick up some inexpensive groceries or very cheap and delicious local beer.

Comfortable & innexpensive

Not so much choice in Tis.  Veronika hotel is likely the best in town. Rooms very clean, air conditioning and big enough. Beds are ok even if a bit soft. Restaurant is ok, don’t expect nouvelle cousine.... breakfast is ok too.

Good one

We stayed several times this year at this hotel. Every time I was pleased, the beautiful and clean rooms. The hotel staff very kindly and helped me every time I needed packed food and coffee when I had to go early in the morning. Very good and tasty food, the last time I chose cooked food outside on the grill and I did not regret the choice made, certainly the food is worth all the money! I will definitely come back!

Still great experience!

The room was clean and quiet, the staff was friendly and friendly, and the little plus of the hotel: the spa, the gym (a few appliances) and the swimming pool: nice after a day's work.
