The rooms are basic but there is everything you need. Even an air conditioner. In the small garden are some seating here you can spend a few hours, or eat the self-bought breakfast. In the courtyard there are several parking spaces. By car you can reach various shops in a few minutes. Restaurants can be reached on foot in 20-30 minutes. Unfortunately, it seems that no one speaks neither German nor English but with a little patience communication is possible 😉. Price / performance is right if you do not expect Nobelapartment and only something to sleep.
