This hotel has quite high price but when you arrive they should let you know, the hot water in the bathroom almost cold.In the spa the pool is not working.They hace two jakuzzi both are cold because they try to save money so no hot water in it.In the restaurant they hadn't got ice. The food is terrible.Cheap ingredients.And when you complain about these they don't care too much.No discount.And at the end you pay for this too high price.
One positive thing the rooms are adorable.

We stayed in this hotel for three days and we were really satisfied with the beauty of this hotel super clean rooms the friendly room staff always with the smile despite the mask, efficient receptionist polite and kind, the meter Fabio welcomed us with open arms explaining everything to us in detail and was always ready to listen to any kind of request without any problem, room clean every day and tidy, excellent and high-quality food and respecting the covid regulations to the letter, fantastic animation all the kids of the animation irene daniel matteo jada saved us so much fun nights and my oldest daughter had so much fun she always had something wonderful to do the guys wonderful personal and wonderful hotel.

Four wonderful days.

Great location, forest environment, good buffet breakfast. Park, playground outside at the hotel for children. It is a real baby friend and child friend hotel, lot of families are traveling here first time together with a baby.
During our stay we felt that a few more waiter would need at the restaurant to ensure continuous supply from the foods, to avoid that guests are waiting for the meals. 
Sauna was turned off/was out of order(?) when we want to use.

Avarage

Perfect stay for families. They have a lot of activities for childrens, even for the smallest ones. The stuff is nice, helpfull. Food good/average.  The only one thing which made it all wrong was the cleannes of our room: i have found 2 small pieces of broken glass in the room, and the bathroom was full of limescale.

Family stay

When I was looking for family-friendly hotel, this one was on top chart and but could not find a free room in full season. Yet, I managed to book a room in Jan and took my family there as I was eager to try it. It can be that during warm season is  perfect for the kids, yet during winter is not much to do. What we liked - the pools for kids were nice but rather small,  nice playroom, huge spacious room, good massage service. We did not like the a la carte food. I could say the dinner was good as it was fresh cooked food, but nothing special. Also, we realised the day we left that the breakfast was something like "first came, first served"..if you are there early, u get what u want, if not - bad luck!. In our room the curtains were not well hanged, the toilett door (handler) was broken, the bathroom door got stucked 2 times, luckily my husband was in the room when it happened, the upper shower was full of lime, the entrance door was difficult to close/open..no water in the fridge. I personally believe the hotel has lower conditions than its rates.

not what we payed for...

The room was clean and very big, but the wallpaper hung on the wall... There was wa water in the evening, but not in the morning. The breakfast was very good and tasty, not like the coffee and the juices. The coffee was like an instant Nescafe and the juice was like a syrup with water. The lunch was also very good and the staff was nice. 

Romantic hotel in Noszvaj

We visited this hotel with a 7month-old baby, there were great programs to attend even for babies! Our selected plus room was amazingly spacious, nicely decorated. Good choice of food served, very tasty. Garden needs a hard-worker gardener...or two. Spa is ok, not so much to do. We did short excursions around the area.

Perfect hotel for family vacation

The hotel is a great choice for families, lot of entertainment options for kis, large garden and outside playground, organized events through the day, beautiful location, nice staff. Food is ok, some rooms are a bit small. Good wellness facilities! We felt great here two times in the last years. 

Great hotel for families

A beautiful hotel to spend a beautiful stadium in that city.The rooms are in colonial style with a modern touch.They are spacious, comfortable and with good lighting.The staff is very friendly and serviceable and the breakfast is more than abundant.

It's a lot of fun.

The hotel was opened in September 2014 and is located in the forest, away from the noise and bustle, with a beautiful service area, a multilingual staff (Hungarian, German, English, Russian, etc.). It is not far from the small town, but also near the town of Eger, which is famous for its history, architecture, marzipan museum, etc. It also has a fine wine cellar, a restaurant with national and European cuisine, a wine shop.
