We spent 2 nights in this Guest House with our friends recently (16 of us). Had agreed prior to the booking that we will need to have the full house for ourselves as did not want to share the kitchen and the communal area with anyone else we don't know.
 
Upon arrival the owner was a bit disappointed that we did not occupy all the rooms (however this had been agreed before), but after a brief discussion we paid for our stay. There were a couple more people due to arrive later on that day, so the owner told us we should give her a call when everybody arrived so the rest of the people can pay too. 

Halfway through our dinner, her husband came in the house and asked: "Are we all set?" (I believe he meant if the rest of the people arrived?)
When we told him, no, they are still due to arrive, he got upset and told us: "I have other things to do than sit and wait for them....." - We were SHOCKED. This was the lowest level of customer service I experienced so far. We reminded Him, we did not make a call yet as agreed, and asked him to come back later on that evening at a specified time. I can tell you, He was not happy. (ridiculous)

After everybody arrived and paid upfront, we were having a party and an unknown man came through the house and went into a bedroom without saying a word to us (????). As it turned out, the owner had two sons who lived and occupied 2 bedrooms in the house we were not aware. They were coming and going as they wished with their own set of keys. I asked the owner whether they will leave for the weekend as we booked the full house for ourselves and I got a promise they will pack up and go, which actually happened around midnight and around 1 am, but funny enough they both returned the next day. 
We had our phones, DSLR, cameras, tablets, laptops lying around in the communal area and I was not happy seeing these youths coming and going (one even brought her girlfriend back to the house). We just did not feel safe for our valuables. 
Apart from these unpleasant discoveries, the house was very well equipped, with a sauna, jacuzzi in good condition, cleanliness was about 70% overall. We had a great time despite of all the above, however I believe the owners should LEARN about giving acceptable customer service because the tone the gentleman was using was unacceptable and highly unprofessional. 

Accidentally we took a set of key with us which later on was found and promised to post it back to the owners to avoid paying for the lock change.

We had a great time, and would definitely go back if we could have the WHOLE house for ourselves as agreed previously.

So look out for the two sons residing in the house before booking ....
