Nice, clean place with attentive stuff and reasonable prices 10 minutes walk away from the center. Street or yard parking (subject to availability) on a quiet street. We had a small issue with breakfast, but it was resolved very quickly. Would definitely recommend!

Centrally located between railway station (= airport bus stop), city centre and bus station, renovated building, large room, good value for money, friendly people who do speak some English (which is rather rare in this part of Hungary). Rather modest breakfast (for 1000 HUF extra, a little over €3), but OK.

The only problem was that the blinds were broken so it was not entirely dark at night.

Me and my colleague booked 2 rooms for 8 nights- no discount or breakfast was offered-. Luckily the rooms were really clean when we checked in because no cleaning service was provided during our stay, except one towel change.
I was considering paying extra to have breakfast everyday, but when I discovered what they served for breakfast (I opened their fridge out of curiosity while in the kitchen), I was happy I didn't : no single dose of anything! The butter comes for big packages, the jam from a big jar...and the slices of salami come from big salamis that are covered with foil and placed back in the fridge. Even left over slices of salami are covered in foil and put back in the fridge... hoping that some sucker would eat them the next day?
There is receptionist 24/7 but none speak English or any other foreign language.
The beds have spring mattresses that can be uncomfortable at times, unless you are tired.
Good location. Tranquility. Heated and spacious rooms.

I spent a night at Sziv Panzió, as I had an early morning charter flight to catch from the Debrecen Airport and I did not want to risk missing it by traveling from Budapest the same day. I chose Sziv Panzió primarily because it was a short walk from the train station, which is where I was arriving late in the evening, and because the hotel's website indicated that they offered wireless internet access in the rooms. I was disappointed to discover upon arriving that the internet was not working. I was also dismayed to find that I was given a ground floor room with no air conditioning. Hungary gets very hot and humid in the summer months, and this past summer boasted record breaking temperatures. Although I was able to open my window, it faced the hotel's inner courtyard, and there was absolutely no breeze. 

The room itself was clean and of a decent size. The bathroom was actually quite spacious. The hotel's receptionists were also pleasant. But - unfortunately - the heat made it very uncomfortable to sleep in the room and I had really hoped to do some work online before flying out the next morning, so the lack of internet was a problem for me. 

This hotel might be OK if you're just looking for basic, overnight accommodation, but be careful if you are booking in the summer months. If you can't get one of their air conditioned rooms (apparently located on the top floor), then don't stay here.
