Our room was in the back yard and was excellent. Everything was new. We welcomed the air conditioning because it had been a very hot day. I’m not sure if all rooms have A/C. Bathroom all new but got flooded when I opened the water flow too much. Breakfast was good but a bit unorganised. We were first allowed only one croissant (which was delicious) and one coffee. Five minutes later, we could have it all... There is no reception when you arrive in the afternoon. You’ll have to open the gate and front door by a code that is given to you. All in all we enjoyed it!
