All in all we really liked our experience at the hotel!The hotel design is really nice and modern and the food selection for each meal was quite good.The Bükfürdö Therme was included in the room price and is connected via a short hallway, which is great.Not too many glutenfree food options! (e.g. no cereal for example, same dessert for 2 days in a row for each meal) Some meals had wrong allergy information.The thermal spa area has a strong smell because of the healing water, so you have to get used to the smell (not the hotels fault!). The thermal spa itself is definitly worth a visit because of their many pools and large, beautiful park area.Some staff members have been unmotivated, but it was okay.Would definitly stay there again!
