Carpe Noctem Hostel

Best hostel I stayed in while travelling round Europe. Everyone is really friendly, and the staff make you feel welcome immediately. The hostel is pretty small and cosy and feels very tight knit, with everyone socialising easily. And there are great nights out and parties if that's your thing. My one note of caution is that maybe things sometimes go a bit far on the party side. At the end of one night when I stayed there in early Jan, some people wound up having sex on a sofa in the living room, after lots of drinking. This was laughed about and brushed off the next day as just one of those things. But later the next day another guest shared with a few people a short video they had filmed of the people having sex on the sofa. This was just done as a bit of a laugh, and not maliciously, but I don't know if the people on the sofa knew or would have bene comfortable with that. Aside from this, everything about the hostel was near enough perfect. I plan to return!
