Leo Panzio Hotel

I stayed here with my family in mid December for 4 nights. It was snowing heavily when we arrived. The hotel is on the second floor of a residential building. The entrance is operated by a security code. You can call reception from the keypad. There is a beautiful antique lift. The hotel is within easy walking distance to all attractions. It is in a old character building, on a main street. The room was quiet as it had double glazing. We found the rooms to be warm and comfortable, and the facilities fine for a 3 star. The staff were friendly, helpful, and spoke good English. Breakfast is simple but adequate. Great location near Vaci Utca the pedestrian shopping street, Elizabeth Bridge etc. Basically you can walk everywhere from here . It's not the Ritz, but if you like to stay in small quaint hotels with soul, character, friendly staff, in a great location, and are great value, I would thoroughly recommend this hotel.
