Apartment with air conditioning, pool with sun terrace, parking place in the garden. Free WIFI, perfect place. Clean rooms, friendly surroundings. Quiet way. The french beds is comfortable with a mattress of 20cm.

We had a very pleasant stay in the apartement house. The apartement is very clean and nearly all new, with a mini-kitchen, fridge, aircon and balcony, and a small pool with sunbeds to relax. The lake and the city center are a few minutes walk away. Personnel is very friendly and helpful. 
If you do not expect luxury and are ready to cater for yourself, then this place is highly recommended.

We've been visiting Balaton for the last 6 years and by far, this has been our most comfortable stay. The quality in accommodation at the Lake varies greatly so this was a treat to have a clean, friendly, air conditioned, centrally located & affordable accommodation with secure parking. It was an easy 10min walk to Kisfaludy Strand (the beach!) and 15min walk to central Füred. Beds offered a good night's sleep. Shower & bathroom were good. Kitchen had the basics. Fridge worked well. Linens provided. Checkin process simple. A pool with sun chairs were also available to enjoy. We'll stay again!

A good place to stay in Balatonfüred

NICE APARTMENT HOUSE

This apartment house is very conveniently located to H-71 and quite secure. It is very simply appointed but very clean and well maintained. The lake is within walking distance but the return trip is uphill. We selected this hotel for a groups of 8 friends to meet but gathering spots are quite limited and not private. The house manager was agreeable and accommodating and quickly responded to any reasonable request. But I cannot give a higher rating because the beds were the most uncomfortable I ever slept in for lodgings of this caliber. It felt like a thin foam mattress was placed over a wooden frame. In order to stay the week, we requested cotton filled comforters to be placed under the bottom sheet which helped, but only a little. The pillows were covered with print cases made of a crinkled fabric like seersucker or plissé that is uncomfortable against your face. We received one plush bath towel per person that was replaced once during the week and there was no good place to hang it to dry. We requested breakfast at $10 per person per day and received the exact same cold foods meal for 6 days. With a few modifications, this facility could provide a more pleasurable experience.
