2017. októbere óta minden quadrokopter és egyéb pilóta nélküli légi jármű (drónok) tulajdonosának kötelező regisztrálnia járművét a thaiföldi Nemzeti Televíziós és Rádiós Bizottságnál (National Television and Radio Commission, NBTC).
