In any case, the maximum number of guests over 12 years must be no more than 4. The rental of this annex is 50% of the rental price of the main house plus 60 EUR as a fee for cleaning the extension after the stay.

A cleaning fee will be charged after the stay (360 EUR).

The tourist tax is EUR 2 per person over 15 years old per night.

From 15/10 to 01/03, an electric charge of 10 EUR per night is charged.

A deposit of EUR 300 is to be paid (which will be refunded after check-out if the villa is returned in proper conditions).
