Megérkezéskor az orosz állampolgároknak be kell mutatniuk az alábbi dokumentumok egyikének eredeti példányát (nem egy másolatát): érvényes orosz belföldi vagy nemzetközi útlevél.

The deposit is paid to a bank card before check-in to the apartment. It is also returned to the bank card in full on the day of departure after the cleaning is completed under the following conditions: compliance with the rules of residence, complete safety of property, no compensatory cases, no need to dry-clean furniture, remove odors and replace textiles. Withheld: RUB 500.00 for left dirty dishes, RUB 300.00 for left rubbish.

The check-in is contactless according to instructions. Guests must contact the apartment representative at the telephone number provided on the booking confirmation via WhatsApp or Telegram in advance (text only, no calls).

The apartment will be prepared for the number of guests specified at the time of booking. If the child needs a separate bed, bed linen, towels, the child is indicated as a separate guest.

Withheld from the deposit: the cost of bed linen and towels with permanent stains, the cost of dry cleaning, odor removal, any repair work due to the guest's fault, RUB 500.00 for dirty dishes, food, groceries left behind, RUB 500.00 for a dirty microwave oven, RUB 300.00 for garbage left behind; RUB 1000.00 for a 15-30 minute delay in cleaning after check-out.

The refund of the deposit and/or its balances is carried out after the specified work has been carried out and the final determination of the amount of damage to be compensated.

A fine equal to the deposit is withheld for any violation of the rules of residence specified in the description, including smoking, uncoordinated late check-out, accommodation of more guests than stated, accommodation with animals, and a delay in cleaning after check-out of more than half an hour.
