Early check-in and late check-out are agreed upon and paid separately. For guaranteed early check-in or late check-out, you must book the previous or next day, respectively.

Standard maintenance cleaning after check-out is included in the room rate. Guests are required to keep clean: washing dishes and taking out garbage are not included in the standard cleaning and must be paid additionally, the cost of the service is RUB 2000.00. In case of severe pollution requiring intensive cleaning or professional cleaning, payment will be charged from the funds of the insurance deposit.

Parties and events are not allowed.
