Please note that a marriage certificate will be required by the hotel if a foreigner wishes to share a room with a Vietnamese woman. Otherwise, the hotel may reject the booking or request that a second room to be booked.

The boat transfer is not included in the room rates. Please contact the hotel to make arrangements.

Guests checking in after 20:00 should inform the hotel in advance for boat transfer arrangements in order to not be overcharged by the local boat service.

Guest who booked accommodation must bring a form of identification to be presented at check-in. Failure to provide such documentation may result in denial of check-in.
