Please note the lobby entrance includes a ramp to allow access to the lift and is large enough to accommodate wheelchair/mobility impaired guests. The Penthouse is a duplex apartment, not converted with disability features. Check-in for Christmas Eve is between 12:00-16:00 and on New Years' Eve it between 14:00-18:00.
