A damage deposit of GBP 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note: Heritage Serviced Suites - Serviced Apartments do not accept cash payments. Payment will be taken from the card details provided at the time of booking on the morning of arrival, or the last working day before your stay. Please note that this property cannot accommodate stag, hen and similar parties. Failure to comply with this rule will result in eviction.
