Front desk is open 24/7.

Guests must transfer via boat to the property; guests must contact the property at least 72 hours before travel, using the contact information on the confirmation received after booking.

The front desk is open daily from 09:00 AM to 08:00 PM.

The check-in location differs from the property location; to check in, guests must go to Jadet Pier at Ban Phe in mainland.

Guests must contact the property in advance for check-in instructions; front desk staff will greet guests on arrival.

This property doesn't offer after-hours check-in.

This property is accessible only by boat. The property provides scheduled boat transfers from Jadet pier (Mainland) at 02:00 PM and 05:00 PM, and from Nadan Pier (Koh Samet) at 11:00 AM and 01:00 PM. Guests should be at the pier at least 40 minutes prior to departure. Guests who require different departure times may book private speed boat transfers (surcharge).

Only registered guests are allowed in the guestrooms.

Construction is underway at a neighboring building and there may be noise disturbance from the construction work.
