The following fees and deposits are charged by the property at time of service, check-in, or check-out.

• Breakfast fee: between THB 450 and THB 1500 per person (approximately)
• Early check-in fee: 50 percent of room rate (subject to availability)
• Late check-out fee: 50 percent of room rate (subject to availability)
• Crib (infant bed) fee: THB 500.0 per day

The above list may not be comprehensive. Fees and deposits may not include tax and are subject to change.

You'll be asked to pay the following charges at the property:

• Consumption Electricity fee: THB 7 for use over 50 kWh.
A damage deposit of THB 20000 will be collected before check-in. Deposit is payable by PayPal and is due within 24 hours of booking the reservation.

There is no front desk at this property. To make arrangements for check-in please contact the property at least 72 hours before arrival using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests will receive an email 72 hours before arrival with check-in instructions and lockbox information. The host will greet guests on arrival.
