There is a limited use for electricity at 57 kw per day. Additional charge will be applied to electricity consumption that exceeds the limit. Electricity fee will be charged at 7 THB per unit and will be payable upon departure.,Please note that guests may request extra beds at an additional cost. The property will contact you after you book to provide any payment instructions. A security deposit of THB 5000 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
